I would rate this company with no stars but that is not an option. Worst experience of poor customer service. The owner stated they would not assist a friends plumbing issues because she asked for the cost of repairs. She needed one hose replaced but they insisted she needed major repairs including going into the wall to replace what was not broken. The owner stated his company was wasting time with her when other customers were waiting for their help. I have never heard of anyone being treated the way she was. I will definitely spread the word to everyone I know to NOT using this company.

The plumber from Lister, George, who came to handle my plumbing did a great job. He was fairly quick in getting the work done and when he went from doing one thing to another he cleaned up.
When he was installing the kitchen sink fixture he asked me to hold the faucet in place while he secured it from below. I've tried installing a kitchen faucet before and every time I positioned the faucet and then tried to go under the sink to tighten up the nuts to secure the thing in place the faucet would move. It drove me nuts. So I feel confident that the faucet is exactly where it needs to be.
Also, George was polite and told me what he was going to do before he did anything. There was a time or two when there was more than one way to get something done and he asked me how I wanted him to proceed. I would definitely have George back for my next plumbing job.

Great experience! I called Lister to schedule an appointment and David arrived in about 30 minutes. He worked to clear my drain problem. He was patient and knowledgeable. I appreciated his hard work!

They doubled their original estimate, and there were 2 leaks that they had to return reluctantly to fix, because it wasn't done right the first time. Now leaking again, they refuse to return to fix it, or even check it to see if it's related to original repair. I wouldn't call them again, if house was flooding. There rating with the BBB is no surprise..

I have nothing but good things to say about Lister Plumbing. First, they give me very good advice about a plumbing issue at no cost, helping me to order parts on my own even though I had not hired them. After being unable to fix the problem myself, I called them back and Chris came out and took care of the issue very efficiently and with minimal expense. I recommend them highly.

Had several plumbing issues needing attention at my house. Called these guys and they came out to give an estimate and timeframe. Got the job scheduled and they came out and did all the work on time and on budget. A couple weeks later I noticed one small problem. They came out the next day and corrected it without hesitation. Everything works great and the plumbing in my house is better than ever. I would use Lister again.

Worst Experience of my life, after a month of bad experiences with this company, I had success with another local Plumbing Company. The first time the plumber came out, he opened the City side and said it was there problem and call them, they came and it was my issue so 6 hours later pleading with the plumber to do something and $400 out of my pocket I could flush my toilet without it coming into my house, a few weeks later I had the same problem and after 8 or 9 hours and realizing a sink hole was in my yard I had minimal usage of my bathrooms. Finally the real problem was found, they patched a small part of the problem and the Owner suggested I find someone else, The Owner wanted to cut his losses. This company does not want to provide services but wants your money.

Two of my sinks had leaks and several of my drain plugs were broken. I called up Lister and they sent Ronnie to my house that very day. He efficiently fixed everything. One of the drain plugs was rusted but salvable. Ronnie could have simply replaced it (and charged me for parts and the extra time needed for labor) but he chose to fix what I had and save me some money.
