I had a gas leak on my water heater and the gas company was unable to fix it, so they recommended a plumber. I called Lister and they were able to see me same day, which was a huge relief. Jonny was able to identify the problem and resolve it very quickly! Within about 30 minutes, the gas smell was completely gone and we have hot water again now. Also, he was very nice which was appreciated too. Thanks!

Our tankless hot water heater had an issue, called Lister at 7AM on Monday, a Service Engineer (Christopher) arrived just after 8AM and spent over three hours diagnosing and repairing the issue. The eve of Christmas Eve I called Lister plumbing to check our frozen pipes. I was desperate, we were expecting family for Christmas lunch. He came Christmas Eve morning. He gave us advice on accepting that the pipes were frozen and reassured us by predicting that they would melt before Christmas and he was right. also he gave us advice for protecting our pipes next time. Plus He took the time hook up the gas line for a new fireplace insert with logs etc. the first thing they told me was "we don't work on fireplaces." I explained that it was the coupling that was the wrong size. They agreed to come look at it and the plumber they sent was wonderful. Got it fixed it and checked to see if it was working properly. So even though it warmed up Christmas Day we didn't need a fire but we used it anyway. We have been using Lister plumbing for 20 years and they have always taken care of the problem. My condo was flooded over 4 months ago when Lister plumber reportedly broke a valve in the condo above me. They admitted that it was their fault but their insurance has not paid for any damages. The damage was extensive. Be careful.

I set up an appointment and Ronnie came out to take a look at my issue. Unfortunately, we have pure hot water coming out of the backyard spigot. It must be hooked right up to the hot water heater because it is dangerously hot in a few moments.

Ronnie saw that this repair would need to take place in the laundry room, right behind the front load washing machine. He said he would need to reschedule a time when 2 technicians could come out.

I received a call 30 minutes before the appointment time and the technicians arrived right on time. The washing machine is installed on top of some cinder blocks so it has to be carefully lifted down to get at the work area. David and Lawrence came out at the new appointment time and got right to work. David carefully cut an opening into the drywall and set to work at crossing the pipes how they should have been set up when the house was built. He even let me snap a few quick pics so I would know the size of the drywall repair.

After the repair was completed, they both carefully reset the washing machine back where it was and hooked everything back as it was.

I would highly recommend Lister Plumbing to anyone that requires plumbing services!
