Our water heater went out which left us with no hot water . We have 3 children , one being a baby, so as you can imagine this was stressful. Liquid Plumbing responded immediately and sent a plumber out. They provided great, efficient service. The plumber Steve was professional, understanding and kind. He ended up coming back on a Saturday , a day he typically does not work to ensure we got our new water installed and had hot water as soon as possible. We then realized we had a slab leak and liquid plumbing same day sent someone else , Juan to assess. Juan provided great service. He then had to come out next day with another plumber on a holiday to fix the slab leek to ensure we did not have to go another day without water.
Johnny their supervisor was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to me, did everything he could to provide us with timely service and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I highly recommend Liquid Plumbing.

My washer drain line backed up and water went everywhere! I called Liquid Plumbing is a bit of a panic and Laura was so helpful and got someone out right away. The tech Esteban was great. He called before my scheduled appointment time to let me know he was on his way and was even a little bit early! I love that as I feel most companies these days are always late. Esteban was very friendly, and put my mind at ease that the situation could be easily fixed. He left the area clean when he was finished and ran the washer to make sure everything was working properly .... Much appreciated!

Called for service on my on demand water heater today. No hot water. Jose came he found the GFI outlet was tripped. Took about five minutes . Good service, easy fix, I now have hot water.

I purchased a new Rheem water heater from Home Depot, it was defective. Rheem sent me some parts, and assigned Liquid Plumbing to come out to replace those parts.

I was not too keen on the first gentleman who was sent to my house.. and since a new part was needed, I was still without hot water. Not his fault at all. Rheem didn't diagnose the issue properly.

I spoke with the manager and asked that they send a different plumber on the next trip, when the third part came in.

I am a believer in second chances, so I was very happy when Jose (not the first guy who came days before) arrived. He installed the new part after finding where the gas leak was coming from, excellent. He even helped install new water lines, a gas line, and gas valve. He was also friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to really know his stuff.

I am glad I gave them that second chance.. things happen, and it's not always anyone in particular's fault.. but i am grateful for Jose and the Liquid Plumbing Team who cleaned up Rheem's mess!!

Scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks out to install a water softener. The day comes around and the guy doesn't show up. Gave them a call and all they said was we can reschedule you for another week out.

Excellent service by Angel from Liquid Plumbing! Angel repaired my plumbing issue with expertise and 100% satisfaction. He provided a phone call 1/2 an hour before arriving and was prompt within the timeframe of the appointment. He was equipped with the parts and tools needed for the repair. I would recommend Liquid Plumbing and will use the company and Angel in the future.

We want to give kudos to Luis Campos who came out and did a major reroute in our kitchen, to fix a slab leak at our house. Luis was professional, hard-working, positive, and thorough - making sure he tested everything to figure out the problem and fix it. About a week ago our water heater died and leaked all over the garage. I called Liquid Plumbing and their follow-up was great. Angel came by to install the new water heater and he did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. After the installation I have not had any problems. I am very satisfied with their service and courteous manner. I don't usually write a review!
But, for all the consumers who had issues trusting services, especially with plumbing issues, Angel from Liquid Plumbing is the answer to your worries.

From a faucet to toilet to water pipes, Angel took time to figure out the actual cause of the problem rather than do a patch work.

For over 7 years no one was able fix the bathtub faucet problem I had. Many said they would need to tear down the whole bathroom to look inside.
Angel was the only technician who thought about checking the water pressure of the house which was way over the recommended limit!
It took him less than 20 minutes to replace the part. This fixed the 7-Year problem like magic!
When I first met Angel, I was skeptical because he looked so young, but I learned my lesson not to assume!
I am so relieved to have a plumbing company that I can trust and rely upon.
