We had a new water heater installed by Liquid Plumbing. The entire process was a remarkable customer experience. Believe me, I did my research and other companies showed up and quoted ridiculously high prices, which were as high as $4500 (NexGen). This company installed it and took care of the permitting for a fraction of what others were quoting. Let me tell you getting service nowadays is like buying a used car. The first rep that comes to your door is the frontman. He is like a used car dealer. You can tell he doesn't come to repair anything or work by the way he is dressed. He comes to up-sell and cross-sell you by using every tactic in the book and charge you ala carte for everything. Buyers beware. Exercise caution and contact Liquid Plumbing for service. The installers were knowledgeable and efficient. They came to work and that is what they did.

I called my home warranty for a very difficult stoppage. I had another company come out and they could not get the clogged clear. They were talking about opening walls to get clog cleared.

Liquid plumbing came out and art was very professional and knowledgeable. He had to GI through a different area to clear drain but was able to do it in about 30 min,

Called them throw our Fidelity Home Warranty, they contacted Liquid plumbing and within 24hrs were at our home. We have had bad water pressure in the Kitchen sink. The gentlemen named Art came right on time first thing in the morning and was able to isolate the problem with a touch interface function of the faucet. The pressure was back to normal!!!! Nice person, great service and well worth the money spent!!! Keep up the excellent work!!!!

We had a severe bathtub and sink clog issue during the height of the covid pandemic. I made an appointment with my home warranty, and they set me up with liquid plumping. Esteban was our technician and he was the absolute most professional and polite home service tech I have ever encountered. He wore a mask and surgical booties and was very mindful of social distancing. He fixed our backed up tub and sinks promptly. I will definitely keep liquid plumbing and Esteban in mind next time I have a plumbing issue!

These guys are fantastic! On time and on point! I bought a replacement water heater from Lowes and they set up for Liquid Plumbing to install it the next day. I'd had a previous estimate to replace out non working water heater from another company for TWICE THE PRICE! Steve from Liquid Plumbing picked up the heater the next day and showed up at the house at the agreed upon time. He took a look at the existing heater and told me that Lowes had given him the wrong heater. I met him back at Lowes right away and we determined that I'd bought the right heater but that the person on the installation dock at Lowes had marked the wrong one with my name. Problem solved. He installed the heater in record time and corrected a couple of issues from the previous installation. No muss, no fuss. Thanks Liquid Plumbing, Thanks Steve!

My tenant lost hot water on the evening of a three day weekend. The manufacturer, Rheem, has Liquid Plumbing on their web site. I called at 5:30 PM certain know one would speak to me until Monday.

Surprise! Jay answered!
We discussed the failure and Jay showed up the next morning (the holiday) with the part and fixed it.

Our master sink leaking badly...it's just happens during the height of the corona crisis!
I was so worried about the stranger coming into my home to fix the leak. PRAISE GOD this person came in complete protective gear even had surgical booties over his shoes upon entering & going out of my house he'd take off the shoe covers being do glad to see that he was cautious as wearing a mask.he distance himself away from the door.. I completely forgot the 6ft. Beautiful hassle free job completed by Estoban! Great quality& work ethics. Called home warranty comp to thank them. Laura office mgr so very helpful!! Needed a new water heater. Did my homework. Jay @ Liquid Plumbing answered all my questions, gave me estimate -over the phone-up front.
Technician Greg was friendly, knowledgeable, knew exactly what he was doing. Did the replacement as quoted with no hidden charges. They made this a very pleasant experience AND I now have a plumber that I know I can trust with any plumbing issue. I would give 10 stars if I could!
