I had Jay and a couple others at Liquid Plumbing install a water softener I bought from Lowe's. They were contracted through Lowe's. I had some other plumbing companies come out to give me quotes for what I needed (I also needed a separate hard water line running out to my backyard since the backyard water was connected to the house water). Other plumbers didn't really sound like they wanted to do this or had good suggestions for what to do. Jay at Liquid Plumbing quoted me a fair price and did the job. I was happy with everything.
Nearly two years later, I had a small leak in the hard water line going out back. I notified Jay and he came out and fixed it up. No problems now. It's nice to have a company that stands by their work. Thanks Jay.

We had a plumbing stoppage and couldn't use our kitchen sink, dishwasher or washing machine. The first plumber our home warranty company called couldn't come out for 3 days. When I called back, they assigned it to Liquid Plumbing. Ronnie came out the very next day, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He was on-time and came when he said he would and that doesn't seem to be the norm these days. He was courteous and very helpful. I will definitely request Liquid Plumbing again when filing a home warranty claim. Great job Ronnie!

We purchased water heater from Lowe's and they do installation for Lowe's. Greg is good to install the water heater but this company overcharged the parts needed to install the water heater. They charged $250 for 5 parts and that's outrageous! Lowe's should limit how much they charge to their customers.
