I don't usually write a review!
But, for all the consumers who had issues trusting services, especially with plumbing issues, Angel from Liquid Plumbing is the answer to your worries.

From a faucet to toilet to water pipes, Angel took time to figure out the actual cause of the problem rather than do a patch work.

For over 7 years no one was able fix the bathtub faucet problem I had. Many said they would need to tear down the whole bathroom to look inside.
Angel was the only technician who thought about checking the water pressure of the house which was way over the recommended limit!
It took him less than 20 minutes to replace the part. This fixed the 7-Year problem like magic!
When I first met Angel, I was skeptical because he looked so young, but I learned my lesson not to assume!
I am so relieved to have a plumbing company that I can trust and rely upon.
I wish you and your family well and highly recommend Liquid Plumbing!!!

My rating is based on Cesar - used home warranty for the Garbage Disposal and they immediately called and made the appointment right away the next day not a week later like some other companies do . They sent out Cesar who was on time as I had an appointment that was very important to get to they day .
Cesar came in and was happy to wear a mask for my elderly mom and replaced the garbage disposal for us quickly and was nice while doing it .
We laughed and he was very professional calling me Miss and Thank you all at the same time . We tested the garbage disposal and it worked beautifully and all I can say is thank you Cesar for a great job and to Liquid Plumbing for being so quick and dependable !!!

We had a clogged drain in our master shower and liquid plumbing came out the next day. Ceaser was awesome! He was so nice and we were so appreciative of his help. Look forward to having Ceaser helps us again when needed.

I was very impressed with Angel. He not only did a great job fixing out toilets, but when he saw that I was carrying a heavy printer to my car, he dropped what he was doing and carried the printer to my car. Such a gentleman!

A couple of weeks ago water marks turned up in our dining room and kitchen, so I ended up filing a claim through our home warranty(Fidelity). I requested Liquid Plumbing because of previous work they had done at my neighbors. Their office called right away to schedule the service request. I had the ceiling cut open prior to the day of arrival and when they came it was determined the cause was the diverter in master shower. The water had been leaking for quite some time and the damage was quite extensive! The whole ceiling from both rooms needed to be cut open and replaced. The drywall and insulation was removed and dehumidifiers/fans were placed to dry everything out. They sprayed to prevent mold. The diverter was fixed and the wax rings on the toilets were replaced. The build back was a smooth process. New insulation, drywall, and paint. The finish work looks amazing!!!!! Throughout the whole process LUIS and JUAN were very professional and answered any questions I had. In the future if I ever need any plumbing work I will use Luis and Juan from Liquid Plumbing!

We were going to have them replace a faucet for us.
And the faucet was defective from Home Depot. This company would not wait 10 minutes for us to go exchange for a new faucet. By the time their workers would have been done with the removal we would have been back.
The management at this company said no and the proceeded to lie to us why the workers needed to come back.

The 2 gentlemen who were at the house were top notch and really friendly, profesional and knowledgeable, but the management for this company was awful and I would never trust this company again.

As a bonus, I have found out they fired the employee at my house saying it was his fault which it was not.
I am sorry to hear he lost job but I am happy he got out of this bad company.

We did not let them finish the work and hired someone else

My home warranty sent out this company. I have to say that the service man they sent today was so nice and knew his trade. Mr Flores answered my questions and gave me great tips of what not to do. Thank you for your kindness and help on fixing my toilet.

Scheduled Liquid plumbing through Fidelity Home Warranty to fix shutoff vave to unit. I told the plumber I shut off the main water supply to the unit and drained the water at the lowest point since I was not going to be there for a couple of days. The valve to the washer was not attached yet , so I made sure that it was off and just in case put a bucket under the open pipe in case it did leak. When I came back in a couple of days the water was leaking out of the open pipe enough to overflow the 5 gallon bucket and onto the floor. I also asked him for replace a sipot on the same area. He said he only does warranties. He then turns off the water supply and opens the spigot and drains the water into a bucket. After about 2 minutes water is still leaking and he says to his partner ""its slowing down"", and then turns to me and says its not leaking , even as water is still coming out of the spigot. I then looked at him and said what the hell is going on here , you just dont want to work. He said wait a minute and walked back to his truck and talked to someone and then said have a nice day and left without doing anything.

I wanted to replace my old tank style water heater with a tankless unit. I had several companies provide bids and Liquid Plumbing was just honestly the best. Not only was their price competitive but they just seemed more experienced. They took the time to answer any questions, explained exactly what they would do and how long it would take. When the job was completed, it was exactly as they said in appearance, cost and the amount of time it took to do the job. I couldn't be happier and would definitely recommend them to my friends. I already have another project in mind and you know who I will call.
