Requested quotes for garbage disposal replacement through Yelp on a Saturday and Cesar responded same day to say he could fix it next morning... and that's what he did! Easy to communicate with, showed up on time on a Sunday morning, and I had a working garbage disposal (and cleaned out drains) by breakfast time. Reasonably priced and worked quickly... I've got him bookmarked for future plumbing needs!

We called three plumbers yesterday and no-one answered our call. As soon as I called Lion Rooter, Cesar answered the call and was very courteous; he gave us an exact time he would arrive and as soon as he came he made sure to take his shoes off; he and his associate were wearing their masks and they quickly laid down a protection mat so that they would not dirty anything up. It was AMAZING how fast they worked as a team and they had the problem fixed in no time!!! They went over and above what any other plumber would do and they patched up the open wall where they found the leak. That wall now looks as if nothing ever happened. They also set our outside water valve to the correct psi pressure. What I truly appreciated the most was that Cesar and his partner did not try to take advantage of us; they were very honest in their pricing and we felt we were 'in good hands'.

In addition, he fixed a toilet that had been leaking upstairs the next day (today), because we asked him to repair the wall today (the next day) because we wanted to make sure that the leak was the only one and he went out of his way to come back out to our house. He was very prompt and spoke Spanish to my mom (a HUGE PLUS!!!). I would 110% recommend Cesar and his business partner to anyone who wants someone that is professional, CLEAN, and very reasonably priced...for sure. And one more thing, it doesn't matter at what time you need a plumber...he will come out practically at anytime. What a 'true gem' in this day and age.

Extremely courteous and punctual! He got down to the ""root"" of the plumbing issue. This was an early morning visit and the family needed to use the restrooms as soon as possible they were the first to come in and make sure we were flowing smoothly! Definitely recommend with fair pricing and whether you want work done right and right away Lion Rooter is the king of the Plumbing jungle. They know where to look with their cameras and snakes and all the tools to get the job done and make sure to never get backed up again. Even after I've flushed and clogged he was able to vacuum out the excess water and made the job that would normally be a mess as clean as possible. Highly recommend.
