Both of our toilets and shower clogged up last night and Caesar was the first to respond to my quote inquiry. Without hesitation he asked me to call him so he knows exactly what was going on. Cesar is so great! My kitchen sink started leaking Sunday night and I asked for quotes on Monday. He responded and sent his contact info, answered his phone immediately and arranged to come out the next day. He arrived when he said he woken, diagnosed the issue accurately and repaired it. We bought a new home where a couple of the sinks were leaking, the water pressure was too high, and the previous owner for whatever reason had ripped out all the sink stoppers throughout the house.

We hired Cesar to repair all of the above items, including replacing the pressure regulator outside the house. Cesar and his colleague worked for several hours to get the work done, efficiently and with high quality. Very happy with the end result.

I clearly don't know my own strength, and when I tried to turn the water off at the shut-off valve, I broke it, leaving us in a state where our water-pressure throughout the house was...poor.

Thank god for Cesar, who responded quickly, turned up bright and early the next day, and replaced the busted valve in no time at all. I honestly can't remember the last time I had someone turn up _early_ to fix something around the house.
