Cesar contacted me very quickly after I submitted requests for quotes on Yelp. I told him I needed an ice-maker installed in my refrigerator. He said running the line to the back of the refrigerator was pretty easy but that he could come do it. He came the next day, tried to run the line to the refrigerator but wasn't able to do it. In hindsight, installing the ice-maker was a far more complicated job than he led me to believe. He convinced me that all that needed to be done was having the line run to the refrigerator. I did not even have the right parts to make the ice in the freezer, or connect the line to. He never asked what parts I had and confirmed he would be able to do the job. He stayed for about 50 minutes trying to connect the line, then left when it was clear it would not be able to be done. He asked for payment. I felt uncomfortable paying him when nothing had been completed. Later, when I realized the ice maker needed a special installation and that I would have to hire someone else, I asked him for a refund, to which he refused. My issue with Cesar is 1. He did not complete the job
2. He accepted a job without gathering details about what was needed to actually do the job
3. He still asked for payment despite not completing the job.

I submitted a quote request through Yelp and Cesar was one of the first to respond and provided a reasonable price. He was able to come the next morning (on a rainy Sunday!), unclogged our drain (in less than an hour!), and provided honest recommendation on future maintenance. He also respects the property and keep the place clean in the whole process. Thumbs up!

Cesar is so great! My kitchen sink started leaking Sunday night and I asked for quotes on Monday.
