Cherise and Kevin are amazing. Not only did they get me an appt. right away, to replace our fridge water line valve, they also have great professionalism and are super friendly. They gave us options to save money and were totally understanding of our situation. I highly recommend them!

Set an appointment then no one showed up. I had to call to tell them they missed the appointment.

They set another appointment and called AFTER the appointment time to say they went to wrong address. So at this point 2 missed appointments.

I gave them one more chance and this time they showed up and I was told they would send me a quote. A quote NEVER came after 4 days. I then contacted them AGAIN to confirm the email and they NEVER sent it.

I can't speak to their plumbing expertise but their scheduling and general business practices are poor.

Noticed rapid drip from toilet shut-off valve. Phoned Linck after recently receiving a recommendation from a neighbor. Kevin arrived at the house in less than 30 minutes after first calling for assistance. He quickly discovered a cracked, recalled connector piece and repair was done. Definitely excellent service!

They installed a brand new water heater for us over four years ago and did a great and professional job. Friendly office staff and nice people. Yesterday the pilot light wouldn't start so we called late last night. They answered and scheduled for them to come out today. Called me to let me know he was on his way. When he got here he pushed the pilot light and for some reason it worked. I felt horrible that we did it two times and nothing, he came out and low and behold it works. I asked him how much and he said no charge. Wow! Who does that now a days? They made a forever client out of me. Thanks for being so kind and honest.
