Kevin (owner) is great and a hardworking decent man providing hard work at a fair price.

We had a broken water main between the city valve and the home shut off. To make it more complicated the break was under a small concrete pad next to my garden hose.

I had quotes from 2 other local companies that I felt were way out of line. Kevin came in with a good quote and clearly knew exactly was wrong. We went with him as he had a good price as well as was a ""get it done"" kind of guy.

I hope to not need any more plumbing services; but if we do; we will call Cherise and Kevin.

I had aging, leaking water heater that needed to be replaced. Linck's was able to assess my situation, give me a quote on the spot, and got me on their schedule quickly. On the day of the appointment, they arrived on time and completed the install in the timely fashion. When the work was inspected, the Building Inspector said the install was very well done. I intend to use Lincks for some additional plumbing work I need done and would easily recommend them to anyone!

We had a backed up garbage disposal that was gushing water through the air gap (?) when we ran the dishwasher. We figured it was probably an easy fix, but WE couldn't figure it out. I checked my local neighborhood Facebook group and Yelp, and saw great reviews for Kevin and Cherise, so thought I'd give them a try.

I called them first thing the next morning (7:59 AM) and was happy that they answered even though they were technically not open for another minute. (Some businesses won't answer until *officially* inside business hours!) Cherise was very sweet and helpful. Said they could possibly fit us in that day & would let us know by 10:00 AM. They were true to their word, & notified us via text and phone call. Kevin was punctual and was able to quickly find the problem. He was even kind enough to show us the easy fix for what was a common problem, and told us ""no charge"" even though we kept offering to pay for his time & travel. He said that they were right around the corner from us, so not much travel. We were very impressed with their professionalism and customer care. We will definitely be giving them our business in the future for any plumbing needs!

Had the parts that I didn't put on the parts that I did very knowledgeable very straightforward, and a pleasure to talk to. Charisse, who I spoke to on the phone, was wonderful. We could not have asked for a better team to come and fix our new water heater. The company is well reputed. Kevin did a great job and Cherise always communicated with me on the price and options of purchasing the water heater from HD and what it would cost for the team to install. Kevin did a great job of arriving with in the window suggested. Took care of the old water heater and installed a new one. He explained how it worked and above all did so all on Thanksgiving weekend.
