I'd give 6 stars if I could!
Kevin and his wife Cherise work as a team. She has outstanding customer service skills and does the scheduling for Kevin who likewise does outstanding plumbing work. Even though Kevin has been very busy Cherise was able to fit me into his schedule to install my new kitchen sink and faucet. I'd been tolerating a shallow (7 1/2 inches deep) small two-bowl white coated steel sink for 13 years. Finally I found what I thought would be a ""universal"" fit sink that would replace my old original ""builders grade"" (meaning cheap) sink and faucet without having to modify my expensive Corian counters. The fit was ""not quite universal"" for sure but Kevin's problem-solving skills worked like magic and he did a great job. I could not be happier as he was not only able to get the new sink to fit...a lot of extra time modifying the sink and opening...but also divert the dishwasher drain so I could replace the goofy gap top with an attractive and functional soap dispenser. Awesome service! Just got our water heater repaired this week. Very prompt and efficient service. Cherise was great at communicating with us and making sure we got hot water the same day! She went above and beyond following through and making sure we were okay. Sent out someone to come and take a look in the evening hours, and we were beyond relieved that it was a quick and easy fix instead of having to replace our water heater. Highly recommend!

I really hate to do this as I love Kevin and think he's a fantastic plumber. I've used him on several jobs in the past and have always been happy. However, that doesn't do me much good if I'm unable to obtain service.

About six weeks ago we had the floors replaced which required removal of an old toilet which we planned on replacing with a new toilet once the job was complete. I called up, requested a service appointment and Kevin showed up the same day and removed the toilet. He wouldn't even take payment telling me we'd settle when the new toilet was installed.

Fast forward to a week and a half ago. I gave them a call and received voicemail. A message was left with all of the details, even repeating my contact information twice. After an entire week with no response I decided to give it another go.

I called again this Tuesday and actually spoke with a live human who took down my information, acknowledged that it was a second of two part job and told me Kevin would be out the same day with a 30 minute notice. No one showed up and I received no phone calls. Today I waited through the whole day and still... no phone calls, no contact, no nothing.

My wife says I should call again but frankly I shouldn't have to do that. There are plumbers all over the place and while I really like Kevin I really don't like making multiple communication attempts without success. I'm hopeful that I can find a new plumber who actually responds to my messages and keeps their commitments.

Kevin... this sucks. We will miss you.

I had no water to my home at about 6 PM. Kevin was out in 20 minutes, resolved the problem quickly and was more than reasonable on price. The next time I need a plumber I'll be calling him.

I was referred to Linck Plumbing by an acquaintance. Kevin came over to access the work needed. (He's handsome and humble). The morning of my appointment, Kevin was at my door with all the items we agreed on during his first ""quote"" visit. I never really asked him what the total cost of my plumbing needs would be. His honest face and hard working demeanor just impressed me.
Sure enough, he got the jobs done right. He installed my new water heater, new kitchen faucet, and new garbage disposal. Love my new stuff! I was charged the right amount for the work completed. 5 star recommend for Kevin and his plumbing skills!

I have used this company twice for drain and toilet repair. Super customer service and quick response time to complete the work. Kevin was even able to come the same day on my last call, and he had to go to Home Depot to match parts. Very satisfied with the service. I can't speak to pricing because I have nothing to compare to, but plumbing is a skill we should all be happy to pay for.

Had him come out to redo my water main shutoff valve/sprinkler shutoff valve. It's been about 5 months and it looks fantastic! Very professional and he was the cheapest of all the plumbers we got quotes from. Very clean work, it looks great. I would hire again in a heartbeat! They don't spend money on ads, it's the reputation that keeps them busy, and theirs a reason for the 5 star rating. Fantastic job! Thanks again!

We needed a Plumber...not just any Plumber, but one that knew his job, was honest, and would charge a reasonable fee. Wow...now days that's a lot to ask.

We did a Yelp search and decided on Linck's Plumbing because of the excellent reviews. We were NOT disappointed.

We have an older home with of course some plumbing problems. We call Linck's. Kevin arrived on time...he's very friendly AND clever. Even though our plumbing is not the most up to date...he figured out the problem quickly and FIXED IT...and all at a very very reasonable cost! If we need a Plumber again...we're calling Linck's. Highly recommend.
