Kevin was able to come same-day to check a leak under my sink. I need to contact the faucet company and get a new one, and he did not charge me for coming out to diagnose the problem. Nice man and pleasant phone scheduler as well.

2020: Once again came to replace a hose bib part. He came and fixed it in about 2 minutes, didn't charge me. What a nice guy!

I arrived home from a week in Tahoe to a water heater leak. I called Linck's this morning and they arrived a couple hours later to diagnose the issue. As imagined, I needed a new water heater (it was more than 10 years old) and they were able to get everything they needed and installed today. Super fast, helpful and professional service!

I can't say enough great things about this company. My hot water heater broke yesterday. I spoke to Cherise and she was amazing. She got in her car and drove to Sac to go pick up the parts they thought I needed so they could try to fix it the same day. Unfortunately that wasn't the issue, but Kevin came out the very next day with a new water heater. He saved me! I have a young child and it's tough not to have hot water. I really appreciate how quickly they helped me.

I recently had to replace my water pressure regulator . I called several plumbing companies in the area and none could respond to my request in a timely manner. I called Lincks Plumbing in Rocklin Ca. and spoke to Cherise and she stated that she could have a repairman look at the problem and she would get back to me on pricing. She did not ask for a copy of my credit report or to have a credit card on file before work could proceed (three other companies requested this information) She was polite,helpful, and very professional in every way. Most small businesses live or die by the proformance of the front office staff. If your business is failing it might be because the person who answers the phone is turning off the people who make your business a success. If you need help in this matter call Cherise and she will set you straight.

Disclamer: I have never met Cherise only through the telephone do I have knowledge of her abilities. If I still had my business, I would hire her in a heartbeat to run my front office. Suggest her current boss give her a 20% pay raise and an all expense paid trip to Hawaii.

Kevin (owner) is great and a hardworking decent man providing hard work at a fair price.

We had a broken water main between the city valve and the home shut off. To make it more complicated the break was under a small concrete pad next to my garden hose.

I had quotes from 2 other local companies that I felt were way out of line. Kevin came in with a good quote and clearly knew exactly was wrong. We went with him as he had a good price as well as was a ""get it done"" kind of guy.

I hope to not need any more plumbing services; but if we do; we will call Cherise and Kevin.

I had aging, leaking water heater that needed to be replaced. Linck's was able to assess my situation, give me a quote on the spot, and got me on their schedule quickly. On the day of the appointment, they arrived on time and completed the install in the timely fashion. When the work was inspected, the Building Inspector said the install was very well done. I intend to use Lincks for some additional plumbing work I need done and would easily recommend them to anyone!

We have used them twice. Once for a hot water heater that went out and recently for a dryer conversion from propane to natural gas. Great service and reasonable price.

We had a backed up garbage disposal that was gushing water through the air gap (?) when we ran the dishwasher. We figured it was probably an easy fix, but WE couldn't figure it out. I checked my local neighborhood Facebook group and Yelp, and saw great reviews for Kevin and Cherise, so thought I'd give them a try.

I called them first thing the next morning (7:59 AM) and was happy that they answered even though they were technically not open for another minute. (Some businesses won't answer until *officially* inside business hours!) Cherise was very sweet and helpful. Said they could possibly fit us in that day & would let us know by 10:00 AM. They were true to their word, & notified us via text and phone call. Kevin was punctual and was able to quickly find the problem. He was even kind enough to show us the easy fix for what was a common problem, and told us ""no charge"" even though we kept offering to pay for his time & travel. He said that they were right around the corner from us, so not much travel. We were very impressed with their professionalism and customer care. We will definitely be giving them our business in the future for any plumbing needs!
