Had clean and check on two air conditioning units performed in March, paid $147. Three months later had to pay $200 to a different HVAC company to repair and replace contactor. Frustrating.

Caution!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid this company. Have been without hot water for 9 days now. # trips, wrong parts each time now stating will be at least another 5 to 7 days. Needed igniter for gas water heater. Told them i found exact part needed on line and was told would take longer than there supplier to get. After 3rd fail tried to sell new 40 gallon heater with every discount available for $3500. Having new unit installed today by another company for $1350. Great sales tactic ORDER WRONG PART THEN TRY TO SELL NEW UNIT.

**Update** Almost 19-20 months later my $9,840.00 American Standard HVAC system is not working and will not blow cold air and the outside fan and compressor are screaming like the Loch Ness monster is chasing after them. LimRic themselves have done a good job all things considered and have attempted to accommodate me and my family one being a 10 month old who's now not sleeping well at night because it is VERY humid in the house. One technician says """"there's a leak in the coils"""" and another says """"the TRV valve is bad"""" either way the coil has to be changed to the tune of $1,800.00 in labor. Thankfully they came way, way, way down on the price which I am VERY thankful for and I am currently waiting for my new part to arrive which hopefully will be any day now. 3 stars is for LimRic as their customer service is fine. I dropped the other 2 stars due to American Standard which with a handy internet search revealed others in the same HOT boat as me. I know LimRic does not manufacture these HVAC systems but I personally feel like they should drop American Standard because in the end we the consumers get screwed out of A LOT of money which for me is very, very tight right now.

I would steer clear of this company!!!! I was having an issue with my air conditioning being really loud. Their technician came out, listened to it and said that I needed a new fan and motor. $884 later the problem was not fixed. Had another company come and do a diagnostic only to tell me that there's no way to diagnose a bad fan/motor by just listening. The tech from Limric never hooked up any gauges to check pressure or levels and come to find out it's some type of leak in the cooling system and my fan and motor were probably fine. Totally wasted my money!!

It is always excellent when someone shows up and knows exactly what they are doing and needs to do it. Technician went right to work and was finished installing a new insinkerator. Fantastic.

Had a heat pump installed in my nursing home, when in heat mode the unit tripped the breakers because they didn't size the unit to the breakers that it was running off of. Called them to come fix it under warranty when it was freezing outside, but they wouldn't service the equipment because I hadn't paid my bill yet. It didn't matter that I was a nursing home with elderly people. I had to pay another company to come and fix it. Started using the cooling now, and it is freezing up also. Had a plumbing experience with them too. They said they wouldn't work on my plumbing problem because too many plumber had work on the system in the past. They claim they do commercial work but I don't think they have the experience or know how. use at your own risk!

Mom had to get a new Gas hot water heater. She called a few places and even called Dominion Electric Company in Summerville SC and the Reception said that they don't no longer do that kind of service. Well we called LimRic and they came out and installed one in her house less than 3 hours. They are very professional and Mom talked to a girl name Katylin. They are very reasonable and will let you finance it. After the mail came, in the Electric Bill had an advertisement that Dominion did install hot water heaters and did finance these. I said it's a shame that the Workers from Dominion Power Company doesn't even know what kind of products they sell to the public. I said call Monday and call Human Resources Department and tell them to train their employees on what kind of services they perform. Well she is very pleased with her new hot water heater. Friendly employees and know how to get the job done. We will highly recommend this Company!
