It took them 5 visits to figure out that I had a bad condenser motor when it was obvious what was wrong they are more interested in selling parts and service than fixing the problem so now I have $1500 in an under warranty condenser motor..... Thanks Limric !

My HVAC stopped working last week. I've had ARS service my systems for 20 years but had some trust issues lately. I contacted LIMRIC and they showed on time the next day as scheduled. Donnie was our tech and a great tech. He's very knowledgeable, thorough, honest and friendly. LIMRIC installed my water heater this summer and I was very impressed with the quality of work. After three calls for the same problem the best LimRic could do was recommend an entire new duct system for the 2nd floor of our home. After calling their 24 hour service six times on Sunday and getting no response we hired another contractor who put in a new thermostat in ten minutes. Can I give 0 stars?

Zero stars paid them 12k to install pluming didn't do any of it right have a line exposed and the yard is ruined said they would take it and make it level it looks like my 80 year old grandmother did it filing a lawsuit against them they ruined my yard very unprofessional and they cut my power and internet line which were marked complete morons

Katlyn Gregory was amazing. She provided me with a quote and was able to fit me in the same day for the new hot water heater installation. Shawn was the technician and showed up on time and completed the job perfectly. It was truly a pleasure to do business with LimRic Plumbing. I called 8 plumbers and only received quotes from two for the hot water heater. The other one could not help me until two weeks from now and LimRic came through with a same day appointment and fabulous customer service. Thank you so much Katlyn and Shawn. Mom had to get a new Gas hot water heater. She called a few places and even called Dominion Electric Company in Summerville SC and the Reception said that they don't no longer do that kind of service. Well we called LimRic and they came out and installed one in her house less than 3 hours. They are very professional and Mom talked to a girl name Katylin. They are very reasonable and will let you finance it. After the mail came, in the Electric Bill had an advertisement that Dominion did install hot water heaters and did finance these. I said it's a shame that the Workers from Dominion Power Company doesn't even know what kind of products they sell to the public. I said call Monday and call Human Resources Department and tell them to train their employees on what kind of services they perform. Well she is very pleased with her new hot water heater. Friendly employees and know how to get the job done. We will highly recommend this Company!
