Art gave a great quote and services. He was one of the fastest responses for a quote. We had a rotten wooden stand and drywall, mold, from a Water heater that was dead and leaking for a long time. A lot needed to be replaced besides the water heater. The charges were more than reasonable. He got another guy to come in the morning at 745am to do the drywall repair and build another wooden stand and clean up the mess, and he came in after the same day and picked up the water heater for us at Home Depot and had it installed by 2pm. I felt bad because I had typed him the wrong address numbers by accident and luckily it was just down the street. Art was understanding and quickly diagnosed how to solve my problem.
