Called a few different plumbers on this lovely NYE day and couldn't get anyone on the phone. Called Art at lightning plumbing and he picked up right away, not only that but he made it out to my property in less than 2 hours! Art responded quickly to my need for a very simple and accessible water heater replacement. I had the new heater at the site. He arrived on time and he and his man handled the job quickly, competently, cleanly, and were nice guys to deal with. Art's price was better than all the other company's prices and they hauled the old heater away. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I have recommended him to several neighbors who will be replacing their heaters soon.
I have replaced my heaters myself in past years, but a 50 gallon heater is now a two-man job. I know the job.

Where to start? For years we had a terrible draining issue associated with our outside drains. The drains were crushed due to roots. Unfortunately because of the slope of my home water would collect from the rain to seriously high levels. I reached out to many plumbers and most would say, ""that's a really big job"" that they weren't interested. Then one day l posted about a sewer line repair/repipe and a private message came to me. It was a referral to Lighting Plumbing along with pics and similar situation and labor involved. Mine was not the sewer line thank God but my outside drains and sloping issue. I reached out, the owner came on time and the follow week the job was completed. No more stress!
