Awesome company. Called later in the day for same day visit. Hard to find on a Saturday especially not to be charged up the ying yang for weekend sur charge. Showed up within 2 hours. Very professional and kind. Knew excatly what to do and did it efficiently. No surprise fees at the end. You know how many people hate to call plumbers? Lots, because most are like a car dealership they add all this unnecessary stuff and rip hard working people off...not this time Definitely saving his card and referring to everyone I know. Thank you!!

Response time was amazing! I discovered a leak underneath my kitchen sink one night and didn't know who to turn to without being charged an arm and a leg. I was seen the very next morning. Super quick and they were so kind! I will definitely be calling for any other services I may need.

Art was very responsive and the pricing was clear. No surprises. Art and his assistant arrived on time, even early I think, and put on booties over their shoes and wore masks the whole time. Installed my new garbage disposal in less than 30 minutes. They inadvertently knocked the cabinet door off one of the hinges, but they stayed and fixed it in 5 minutes. It's hard to find great customer service these days, but these guys provided it. Hopefully I won't have to, but if I need plumbing/rooter services again, I'm calling Art!!!

Great service, great prices! My wife and I had a major blockage in our sewage line due to the use of a ""Pomona Tee"" fitting that had collapsed, and Art and the guys took care of us! They were fast, showed up on time, and got the job done quicker than expected. We shopped around with a few plumbers and Lightning Plumbing quoted us the best price for the work. We will be having them back out in a few months to install a water softener and filtration system. I will only be using them for my plumbing needs in the future!
