These guys are amazing... I have been meaning to write a review on them and keep forgetting.... but I used them during December right around Christmas... our heater stoped working and I have a baby. I was worried because it was dropping into the 20/30s at night and everyone was to busy to come that day to help us... Liberty made it happen and squeezed us in when I pleaded my case. They did great, honest, and quick work. Can't thank them enough.

if you want a plumbing company that is honest, professional and the best then use Liberty Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning. Kade had to come out 2 days in a row to fix a clogged drain. He was patient and was able to get the job done - but best of all the company charged us what they said they would. They do NOT take advantage of people - especially senior citizens. Kade is definitely our go to guy. Can't say enough good things about him. This is the third time we have used them and we are sure it won't be the last!!!!!

I hired them to move my air conditioner for my concrete pour in my backyard. When the moved it back they cleaned it and made sure it was working well. We just moved from NM to Murrieta and purchased a home which needed all new appliances.
I'm handy enough to install most myself however, the plumbing need to be moved for a Toto toilet and I wasn't about to tackle that one, plus a leak developed on another supply line. Kade showed up the same day of our request and was very professional, courteous and accurate with his work. A week earlier, Jack checked and fixed a gas line to the dryer on very short notice. They both had great attitudes and didn't seem to mind working past 5:00 pm. Thanx to both of you and to Deanna in the office. Liberty Plumbing is definitely the 1st company we will call when needed.

They were great. The whole process was from the beginning to finish was very professional, workers were very polite and everything was explained. It was a big job and they finished in one day. We needed a whole new air conditioner unit and new and re directed ducting in the attic. My house is so cold now , it's fantastic. You couldn't even feel any air coming in the master bedroom and now it has been directed into the room. What a difference. Great job, great workers and not a bad price for everything they did. I would definitely recommend Liberty .

I was initially worried due to playing phone tag. However, Jerry and his crew are such a good bunch it is easy to understand that it was peak season and other issues prevented our connection. In short, my A/C was zoned to take care of our cooling fiasco at home. I had a Nest thermostat installed along with the job. FANTASTIC!! Jerry and his crew are professional, quick and funny. Overall, I strongly recommend Liberty Plumbing and A/C for your needs. Again, BRAVO and thank you Sir. God Bless.

We had some work done to make our air conditioner work to cool off the upstairs. It was an all day project, cutting in to drywall, adding a second thermostat, replacing all the vents etc. They were super tidy and not intrusive at all. Because they had to turn the air off to make these modifications, it got really hot in the house. They were troopers and got it done. They showed me how to use the two thermostats independently and how they work.
The best part.....it came in at $700 under what they estimated it to be! That is always a plus!
Jerry and his son came out originally to do the quote-just really nice people and down to earth. Very pleasant experience as far as having work done in the house.

We had work done by Liberty to our main line in November of 2016 that was leaking at our home in Murrieta. Our technician Steve did a great job with the repair and was very responsive. We noticed a similar problem now in April 2017 coming from around the same area and called Liberty. Steve came out the same day and repaired the pipe at no charge and Liberty has extended the one-year warranty for an additional year. I was very pleased with the quick response I received and the warranty extension. I would definitely recommend Liberty.

My old company asked this company for a 2nd opinion. They fit me in between 11 to 3. At 1 Liberty called & stated it would be closer to 3. That was nice! Now 4:30pm, no one has shown or called. I have called them & operator said ""he was suppose to call you"" I said well, he didn't. My last attempt dispatcher called her driver and driver called us. Said he's just now leaving so it will be another hour. There are things that I could have scheduled should I have known they are not on schedule or even if I had a simple phone call as promised. When they come out, I will add to this review but for now, It's a 1 star due to lack of communications. Okay, they came to the house. Then another, another and another. My new air is a mystery that they DID NOT install. I had 4 to 5 of them here chasing down the problem for 5 hours until 9pm. None of them said they had to go or they couldn't work late etc. They worked feverishly to find the problem to no avail. The owner even came out and worked. They called the original company, Artic Air & they turned down the proposal from Liberty to fix it. I am now without air and trying to file against Artic's bond to learn no permit etc. Jerry, the owner of Liberty has called to see how things ended up and offered us a heater or air conditioner since we might be in litigation with the other company. I cannot thank Liberty enough for their kindness, efforts and working so late. Use Liberty! They are a great company! I gave 4 stars as I feel if you are going to be late, you need to call the customer. Although this is a favor for another company, I appreciate that but I do have kids to pick up and manage & I didn't know whether to hire a babysitter or what. Thank you again. Mrs. Clark

No complaints, really. I have a GE water heater, which meant they didn't have the specific replacement pilot assembly I needed, but Steve confirmed the cause of the pilot light failure for me and didn't charge for the estimate (which was a fair price).
