A very bad experience, Liberty plumbing and heating, came to my house that I was in the process of buying. They charge me 1000.00 to put in two new thermostats and 3 pounds of coolant into my two units, come to find out one of the thermostat does not work properly, probably because they are really cheap, And did not connect one unit for heat, I spoke to the owner, and asked him, why so much, he could not give me a answer, other then he thought it was a escrow account, so I guess they thought they could over charge, I called them up to check out the unit that was not connected properly, because it was suppose to be under warranty, they came out pulled off the panel, and left it open and told me they would call me later, to let me know what the owner said. I have not received a call back from them, it's been over a month. Use them at your own risk.

It was a hot day in August and my AC decided to stop working. I have a 4 week old baby boy so temp of our home is obviously a very important thing. I started searching companies online and no one I was contacting could come same day and there is no charge for ""diagnosing"" the problem. Finally I found Liberty, and talked with Sharee. She moved some things around and was able to get someone to my home in less than 30 mins! Jeremy and Ryan were the techs who fixed the unit, explained everything about the problem really well to me, and were very kind. Thanks Liberty!

This is one of the most ethical and wonderful companies that we have had the pleasure of dealing with. We are selling our home and the inspector said that the air conditioner was not running very cold & should be serviced. The buyers asked for it to be serviced so due to the great reviews, we called Liberty. They were out here that same day! Our serviceman, Steve, said that a lot of inspectors don't close all of the windows when performing their inspections and often get a false reading. Sure enough a few of our windows were opened when the inspector was checking the A.C. Steve spent @ least 45 minutes here as he rinsed out the outside unit, had us close all off the windows and waited until the unit had been running for an adequate amount of time. He then got a great reading. We were pleasantly shocked, to say the least, when he said that the owner told him not to charge us for the job. Amazing is an understatement. We highly recommend them to everyone who is in need of the services they offer. What a rare thing to come across these days;)

AC went out late last night (07/26/2014). Called them at 9am the next morning, Steve was here by 1030 (called me to let me know 1/2 hit before he showed up). Located problem, which wound up being an expensive fix, and walked me through entire process to make me understand/feel at ease with what was going on. Was fixed and done by noon and also helped me re-insulate my AC pipes at no additional cost before he left. Was done by 1230. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Good service.
