So, I got three bids to repipe my house. Liberty came in a little higher because they use new tech vs soldering. When asked to match the middle man they did so. Their techs were top notch and did a very professional job. I chose liberty because the owner talked to me in terms I could understand and went over everything very thoroughly. Steve and his crew were very professional, clean and respectful of all my questions. Glad to see a company who put customer service first

I had a dryer vent in my garage that was damaged and in need of repair ASAP. I called and couldn't get anyone out same day. I scheduled my appointment for Monday, about an hour later I was advised they could have a crew out in approx. 2 hours. The two guys came out and fixed the problem so easily and quick. They were both professional and turned my problem into a easy solution. I will be using this business again in the future, hands down.

We highly recommend Liberty.  The owner, Jerry, is a great communicator and so helpful. We appreciate the professionalism and their empathy. we also like the fact that Jerry's team do all 3: plumbing and heating and air conditioning.

We are seniors and I have health conditions that are adversely affected by heat. When we had triple digits, our 14 year old air conditioner decided to quit. Jerry immediately gave us a proposal and quickly had Evan come out and install the new condenser the very next day.

We have worked with other companies that were difficult to even speak to on the phone, left a message, and waited days to hear back from them. By contrast, Jerry actually calls the same day and sometimes more than once in the same day. Great communication.  Professional staff.  Knowledgeable & efficient technicians.

We appreciate that during this pandemic they wore masks & physically distanced. It was also quite helpful that many of the details could be done electronically.

One of our upstairs toilets developed a slow leak that we were not aware of. Over time, we had a water spot on the ceiling. Called out the restoration folks and they did what they had to do and told us we needed to get a plumber out to fix the toilet.
Called Liberty, they set up and appointment for Friday. Called us back Wednesday and said they had an opening come up on Thursday, could they come earlier.
So they come a day earlier! They look at the problem. Think they know the answer - fix it - still a very small leak. They are not satisfied so they go back in a replace another part and re-do the work they already did.
Perfect! No more leak.
I am assuming to see a bill with twice the charge for the re-work. NOPE!
One charge for the whole job! And much less than I thought!

One of the most recent was when we had our water heater start leaking they rushed over to drain it and then replaced it the same day!
