Our water heater broke and we shopped around and got 3 quotes. Not only were these guys the best price but the tech they sent out Zach was awesome. He got the job done quickly and efficiently. Looks great. My wife spoke with a Mike on the phone and he was kind and honest and made sure we were seen right away. Within hours of calling originally they were finished and we were up and running. We couldn't be happier with the service they provided.

Zach Thomas came to my house to replace my water heater. He arrived on time explained the work to me and gave me a timeline. He was really friendly, outgoing and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. He found a mistake from the previous installation and took the time to fix it. He explained each step of the process and even provided me with helpful tips to maintain my new water heater. Im really appreciative of his work ethic and positive demeanor

We needed to replace our 17 year old water heater, and Lowes assigned us Liberty Plumbing as the contractor. Mike Lozano arranged for the purchase of a new AO Smith 40 gallon and scheduled Andrew to do the replacement the following day, which was a Holiday. Andrew was thorough and knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. The new unit looks great and is very secure. It was a bit taller than the previous heater, but Andrew was able to deal with aligning things properly. I would use Liberty Pluming for all future needs.

Our old water heater finally bit the dust and we had Liberty Plumbing replace it. The entire process was smooth, professional and quick. The installer, Zac, was phenomenal. Normally, there are small hiccups or issues with contractors. Not this time.

Needed a new water heater replacement for our 18yo wh. So went to Lowe's, selected the gas wh and Lowe's install was coordinated and done via the professionals at Liberty Plumbing in Roseville.
Mike Lozano called us right away to communicate and necessitate job details. Mike and his partners Zach and Andrew came to our place at close of business on a Friday after 5pm as opposed to banker's hours, as they understood the urgency in which we needed our house up and running per normal.
I understand usually this is a one-man job, but Mike came with a team and completed a successful wh replacement complete, thorough, and professional. Pipe brazing, exhaust and drain-pipe rerouting and correct modifications were done to code standards, start-up , and clean up , etc etc!
Mike and his guys did a fantastic and professional job! And in my opinion set the example for others to follow. Will be calling Mike from Liberty Plumbing from here on out.

AVOID! I contacted them via Lowes for an installation.
Several red flags.
1. Person I spoke to refused to give me a price on an installation and insisted that I buy a water heater from them.
2. Person I spoke to told me that permits (plural) were required before the work could be done. For a replacement ???
3. Person I spoke to told me, based on photos, that the current water heater was installed incorrectly and would have to be completely removed. (Absolutely false)

No idea if this was a rogue employee or if this is how they all operate. Do they think people will fall for this? Apparently I am supposed to pay them thousands of dollars and just take whatever water heater they decide I should have (because apparently I'm too stupid to pick one out?). Was never asked anything about what I wanted, budget, needs, etc. Just TOLD this is what I would get.

Is mysognistic behavior is how they operate? Or maybe they are equal opportunity jerks and treat all customers this way?

Already reporting them to Lowes - they are supposed to be an installer. Lowes wasn't happy to know they were trying to poach business.

Too many red flags and dishonest behavior. I would not trust them to do the job or allow them in my house.
