To be clear, this is a good, reputable company to do business to for.new iinstallation thru lowes.

Repairs? Not so.much. I was never able ever to.get a.call back.for a repair.to.the disposal they installed..no.call back. Ever..

I hired Liberty Plumbing through an order I placed through Lowes. Best decision ever. I have a home warranty that has been a joke recently so I didn't want to call them. I also had a much higher estimate for the same work through a competitor. I'm so happy I went with Liberty! Mike is responsive and very easy to work with. Zach came out to do a water heater replacement with code updates. Everything went very well and the work was excellent and Zach is super friendly and kind. In addition, I saved a lot of money!! I'll be calling them in the future for any questions plumbing needs!!

Had Mike install water heater through Lowes, charged me for a permit but no one came from County came to inspect work. Contacted Mike several times but received no response.

Buyers beware. Make sure Mike follows through and get the permit he charges you to put in the water heater.

Our 30 year old water heater finally went out and after getting two quotes from local companies we decided to pursue arranging for the replacement and install through Lowe's.

Within 30 minutes of requesting the service, I received a text message from Mike, the owner. He asked for photos of our current set up and quickly put together a quote for approval. He was able to get the service scheduled the very next day when the quote was approved at 8 PM the night before.

Mike and Pat were friendly, clean, efficient, and knowledgeable. They arrived within the time frame they quoted, which I greatly appreciated. The install and disconnection of the current water heater took less than 2 hours.

No one enjoys dealing with emergency home repairs but Mike made the process fairly easy and seamless.

I will be holding onto Mike's card in case any other plumbing needs come up in the future.

Mike was very responsive with his quote. Then came the next day removed a 40+ year old water heater in a 50+ year old house. He disposed of the old water heater, installed new water heater, upgraded and brought to code everything in the tiny closet the water heater was located.

Mike has excellent customer service. I recommend him and his company Liberty Plumbing 10 out of 10!
