He tightened two bathroom faucets as an extra gesture of goodwill and returned to the following week to increase the temperature for us since we have no young children in our home.

I have called Justin twice in the last few months for different problems. The first was pretty simple but he was on time, friendly, informative, and reasonably priced. On Sunday I developed a major problem, no toilets worked, dishwasher backing up into the shower and more. I called him Monday morning, he knew exactly what the problem was, cleared his schedule because my home was unusable, and explained that the main line was clogged. He worked so hard to try to do a one time fix, but ultimately had to put in a new larger drain. For all he did the price was reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with. I will always call him when needed (hopefully not too often!).
