No hype about how good Justin is--he truly answered my call within two hours, was out the next day and installed my new water heater (which was still working but 34 years old) the day after that! Professional, friendly, good pricing and he went beyond any reasonable expectation in the quality of his work and customer service. Very safety conscious, he made sure I knew how to operate it for any future possible water or gas issues. Absolutely my ""go to"" plumber from now on!

We had just gotten home from a long weekend away when the shower started to back up with sewage. I knew it was a clogged main line and it was not something we could fix ourselves. We were unable to use the toilets, showers etc. and I was starting to panic. Problem was it was way after business hours. I have called Justin twice in the last few months for different problems. The first was pretty simple but he was on time, friendly, informative, and reasonably priced. On Sunday I developed a major problem, no toilets worked, dishwasher backing up into the shower and more. I called him Monday morning, he knew exactly what the problem was, cleared his schedule because my home was unusable, and explained that the main line was clogged. He worked so hard to try to do a one time fix, but ultimately had to put in a new larger drain. For all he did the price was reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with. I will always call him when needed (hopefully not too often!).
