Quick response and professional service. Austin quickly corrected a problem that I thought was going to be simple but turned out to be far more complicated. He was very professional and pleasant. If I have a problem in the future I would ask for him specifically.

This company has on their website that they service all areas in Oakland County. Unfortunately, they were put to the test and failed miserably. The company was very excited to provide service when my home address came up in their system as Birmingham. MI. However, when I told them that the property was in Pontiac, MI. The tone of her voice changed and she stated that we don't serve Pontiac, MI. When I asked why does your website have Pontiac listed as an area that you serve.
This is very unfortunate in 2023, businesses are still deciding to stop servicing to lower income communities but touting the community on their website. Our legislators and social justice Organizations need to be fighting for the rights of these citizens and they have a right to service any community they want but should not have false information on their website.

Our condensation pump was leaking. I called, scheduled and within 24 hours they were early for the appointment, had the parts, fixed it, and were on their way. Communication was top shelf. Highly recommend.

I will no longer be going to any other company for my furnace and plumbing emergencies/needs. They offer so many other different services for things that havent even gone wrong in my house yet too lol annnnd they have financing should you ever need it PLUS the best prices ive found around here.

I've used the company in the past and regret calling them one more time. The worst heating service. Each time I've had this company out, they've had to come out a second time for the same call. This last call the guy could not figure out why my furnace wasn't coming even the ignitor was on. They charge a $69 flat service fee, plus and any additional costs. I paid $114 for I don't even know what he did. The old dude had no clue what he was doing. I asked him if he could install a Nest thermostat and looked confused. He asked if there were any directions. Plus, he wanted to charge me $269 for an install that may have taken him hours to try to figure out because no instructions were included. What a rip off. I called DTE and they charge $100 for any thermostat install. Furnace went out over the weekend again and when I called they wanted to charge me $180 to come out after hours. They don't guarantee their work. I called another company that guarantees their work for 90 days and they were able to figure out what the problem was. Look elsewhere for repair services.

I never write reviews, but this time I had to. I've used this company in the past even though they are not the best and called them a couple of weeks ago. Not sure why I called them again. In the past they have had to come out twice for the same call issue for 3 separate calls and this was the 4th. My furnace was blowing out cold air and would not run for hours. A guy came out and said it's working and there is nothing wrong with it. He did nothing, but perform a diagnostic check and charged me $69 for a trip charge and $46 for not exactly sure what since nothing was fixed. I asked the Tech to replace the existing thermostat with a Nest. He had no clue how to do it and wanted to charge me $265 to replace it. What a rip off. FYI - DTE will install most thermostats for $100. I had called this company back on a Saturday because the same issue was happening and they wanted to charge $180 for a trip charge plus any additional repairs even though they originally fixed nothing. They do not guarantee their service. I called another company that guarantees their work for 90 days. A Tech came out and told me my furnace was over-heating. He made an adjustment and it has been working fine. So the inexperienced old dude they sent to my house couldn't figure this out???? Do yourself a favor and save yourself a headache and look elsewhere.

Awesome service! I called yesterday and they came out today. Scheduling was so easy and efficient. Winston, the technician, explained everything in great detail and was a comedy act in addition to knowing his stuff. He had me in stitches. My hot water heater wasn't heating up and he easily fixed it! He checked my furnace as well. I will be continuing with this company and with Winston in the future. Thank you!

Once again, Levine & Sons did a great job at my house! I had two toilets that were not working properly, so they replaced one and repaired the other. Mike A was on time, friendly, professional, and the work was a good value. Mike even had a ""parts runner"" quickly come with the needed parts! Levine's work and employees are to be congratulated on quality work. I called them at 8:30 am and Mike was here by 11:00 am! Why call anyone else?

Let me start by saying, this is not the cheapest plumbing company you are going to encounter. In fact, they really set the ceiling on labour and part rates. So why four stars. Customer Service. I had some issues with the first round of service, but after talking it over with their people, they had someone out immediately, to make it right. There was an attempt to charge additional dollars, but once I said I wasn't happy about that, my technician checked with his manager and the additional fees were waved.

Would I go back? Like people that pay extra for airline ticket insurance, I would be willing to pay premium rates to get the job done right. For my heating & cooling needs, Levine & Sons would get my vote.

I had The unfortunate need of a plumber
and as I owned at one time my own business I use this company and at the time which was approximately three years ago they were very reasonable. But that is no longer the case I had a leak a few days ago under my sink. My normal plumber was unavailable so I thought about Levine and sons plumbing and I thought I'd give them a try. I made a mistake a huge mistake my son had come by consequently prior to Levine and son arriving at my home and he stop the leak. Now I'm not sure whether or not they were fabricating problems or whether or not the necessity of changing the valves all four of the valves under my two sinks was necessary but I went on their advice and I had them change the valves the cost of changing the shut off valves was almost $800. Needless to say that was a ridiculous amount of money and I called and expressed my feelings to the receptionist that answered the call and asked her to have the owner of the company give me a call. He never bothered to call me back clearly he didn't care whether or not I was upset about the $800 so I'm recommending to anyone and everyone out there who needs a plumber definitely do not use this company. It's true what they say about companies trying to take advantage of people well they in fact did that exact thing. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMMER INLESS YOU LIKE BEING RIPPED OFF.
