Called Tiffany on a Saturday after my AO Smith water heater went out. Call tech support and referred me to this company. Tiffany immediately scheduled same day, and Chris the technician even came out on off hours to fix the water heater. They did an amazing job. Would recommend again. Thanks again guys!

tank less ( AO SMITH ) water heater. after calling the technical support of this AO Smith few times last week. I was advised to have technician come and diagnose the problem, so they referred me this Miley water heater $ plumbing company, I called and made appointment, Technician came and did trouble shooting and with the assistance of technical support and AO Smith decided to replace brand new because of too many going on. Miley water will charge only the labor to replaced with new one. and earlieast wound be Monday bet. 9 am to 11 am and will take hour or two. the day came and technician showed up at 11:45 am no call that he will be late.
technician don't have the water heater but he has to remove the old one and have it exchange to Lowes , well he did not call any Lowes if this water heater is available in that store so he has to go 4 deferent places 3 hours later he got the parts and installed , Well Brand new out the box water heater is not working, he got technical support of AO smith and did not solve the problem, and it 6 pm technician id off duty. technician told me that tomorrow we'll come back and repair the water heater Valve, I told them I want a brand new not repair, We try to pay the amount but the technician did not accept the payment due to he did not fix the water heater , the new water heater is not working that we should not pay. next day waiting for the company to show up, NOTHING. NO CALL NO SHOW. During that day of installation me and a woman did not have a good conversation. So I don't have hot water to shower or used for two days. today Miley water heater and plumbing called and asking the payment, I told her your job is not done, I don't have hot water, from there conversation did not went well , She calls my son and my wife and she told my wife that my family is RUDE, SHE SENT Nasty messages that we owe them the labor.

They are the absolute BEST. I own a salon in Long Beach and if I ever have a problem, they are so fast to both respond to my somewhat panicked text message and come out to fix the hot water heater. It's always stressful when somethings suddenly stops working at your business, but it is reassuring to know that they are so quick to help. Highly recommend!!!

Fast and professional service. They came out, repaired my water heater and out within 30 minutes. Very responsive to questions that I had. I will definitely use them again if I have future issues.

The team at Miley Water Plumbing is on it! They responded to a call after hours to help with a plugged toilet. They came over, quickly resolved the issue, and were extremely fair with me. I recommend them to everyone I know. I am incredibly impressed with their prompt response. It is nice to have a plumber who is clean, professional, and actually communicative!

Stay away from these people. The two other negative reviews on yelp have expressed the same problem. After informing tiffany the owner what the problems were and giving her the error codes we had already confirmed with the manufacturer directly they insisted on sending a technician out to us.

We scheduled an appointment, their tech robert out to look at the unit, did not perform ANY work other than looking over everything.

For under 5 minutes of looking over the unit they insisted that we owed them $225 for a service call that didnt resolve any issues. All they did was confirm what we had already told them was the problem.

When we expressed how wrong that was, they then threatened to void our warranty and freeze our account to get a new water heater from the manufacturer. I cant believe these predatory business practices are still allowed.

I slapped a service sticker on my hot water heater with your phone number on it, for any future services I may need. I'm not looking forward to it, but I'm confident I can count on you guys when that time comes.

Worse commercial experience I've ever had, hands down.

This company charged $225 for ten minutes work to my water heater. The repair failed two days later. Now I'm told I need a new water heater that the company would install. No price quoted.

When the work was finish, and I questioned the cost of the instillation, the employee, Robert, became belligerent, angry and unprofessional. When I told him no one quoted me the price or provide an estimate, he told me I didn't listen well enough, although he was not on the call, and had no idea what was said.

When I asked to have his boss call to discuss the fee, he first threatened to remove the water heater (although he had already traded my old water heater in, and the water heater installed was a warranty replacement) threatened to call the police, which I invited him to do, and finally refused to leave, with his truck blocking my car.

As my wife and I were late for our 32nd Anniversary dinner, I agreed to pay, all the while being lectured as I wrote out the check.

What a way to run a business. I'll never use their service again.

My washing machine began backing up and flooded my garage. I called Miley Water Heaters & Plumbing for a quote to snake the drain and got a fair price over the phone. They worked with me on my limited availability and seemed to be in and out within an hour. So far my washing machine seems to be draining just fine. Well worth the money to make sure it was done right. On time, fair price, and friendly.
