Had low hot water flow in 3 showers. New home (6 years old). Called and got a plumber. He checked tankless heater and a few diagnostic things. He told me the flow valve was clogged on the hot water side. Cold water worked fine. He said he didn't have the parts to fix. i asked him to snake out my wife's bathroom sink. Said he didn't have a snake. Really. I got call and was told the cost would be $820. This didn't include the $235 I paid for the initial visit. I tried to get a breakdown of the hourly rate. Wouldn't give one. Asked what the parts would cost. Didn't tell me. Said they only work by the quoted job. I asked if they were going to charge me $820 if it only took 1 hour. Said yes. They may be good on service but I'd recommend getting another quote. BTW I got the job done by another plumber for $350!! Here less than 2 hours.

Of course, the day before Thanksgiving our water heater took a dump. Little did we know there was a recall on the gas valve and burner so we called the water heater company to get it replaced. They recommended 3 plumbing companies that can provide the recall service. Of the 3 companies, Level Up was the only company able and willing to help us out before the Holiday. Mike the Technician was professional, honest, and informative while providing service. He got it up and running quick. Thank you Mike!

Well, whew! I think I finally found a plumber in Orange County that does good work and charges prices that make sense.

Chris came out today to fix my water heater that has been broken since Saturday. I made the mistake of hiring a different company who wanted almost quadruple the going rate for the repairs (see my other recent review). I am so grateful and appreciative of a hard working young man. Refreshing.

Chris arrived close to on time and called me to say he was on another job and would be a few minutes late. He showed up as promised! His work was neat and he was thorough. He analyzed and fixed the problem in a reasonable amount of time.

I am adding this company to my phone under ""plumber"". I'm quite satisfied with the service. Hopefully, no more household repairs for awhile, but I know who to call if I have a plumbing problem.

After a very bad experience with AWHAP Acquisition Corp. I started looking for other company who can fix my water heather. I got recommendation from Whirlpool to call Miley Water Heathers and Plumbing.
Chris showed up on the time , did his job very professionally and explained to me where problem is and what solving solution are.

Called Tiffany on a Saturday after my AO Smith water heater went out. Call tech support and referred me to this company. Tiffany immediately scheduled same day, and Chris the technician even came out on off hours to fix the water heater. They did an amazing job. Would recommend again. Thanks again guys!

tank less ( AO SMITH ) water heater. after calling the technical support of this AO Smith few times last week. I was advised to have technician come and diagnose the problem, so they referred me this Miley water heater $ plumbing company, I called and made appointment, Technician came and did trouble shooting and with the assistance of technical support and AO Smith decided to replace brand new because of too many going on. Miley water will charge only the labor to replaced with new one. and earlieast wound be Monday bet. 9 am to 11 am and will take hour or two. the day came and technician showed up at 11:45 am no call that he will be late.
technician don't have the water heater but he has to remove the old one and have it exchange to Lowes , well he did not call any Lowes if this water heater is available in that store so he has to go 4 deferent places 3 hours later he got the parts and installed , Well Brand new out the box water heater is not working, he got technical support of AO smith and did not solve the problem, and it 6 pm technician id off duty. technician told me that tomorrow we'll come back and repair the water heater Valve, I told them I want a brand new not repair, We try to pay the amount but the technician did not accept the payment due to he did not fix the water heater , the new water heater is not working that we should not pay. next day waiting for the company to show up, NOTHING. NO CALL NO SHOW. During that day of installation me and a woman did not have a good conversation. So I don't have hot water to shower or used for two days. today Miley water heater and plumbing called and asking the payment, I told her your job is not done, I don't have hot water, from there conversation did not went well , She calls my son and my wife and she told my wife that my family is RUDE, SHE SENT Nasty messages that we owe them the labor.
