Our tub spout was leaking and needed to be replaced quickly. We talked to Tiffany and she sent over Tony who got it done quickly and we didn't even need to be home. It was quick, efficient and accurate. I'd highly recommend Level Up.

I was completely taken advantage of 305 dollars to come out and be rude to me my water heater was left not fix they have to find parts and wanted to charge me 250 more plus parts I had to find my own part and they still wanted 250 more younger ppl running a company that don't like black ppl in south central demand payment before job was ever done had to call another company out to replace gas valve on water tank wow never been treated so bad before and yes I paid them the $305.00 if u live in south central don't call them.

They charged $300 labor, plus the descaler cost. They charged me $300 for a descaler that cost $128 at home Depot. They told me the price included cleaning my unit, but they didn't clean it. When I mentioned it, they said it's another $300 to perform the descaling system rinse. I should have read the yelp reviews before ever calling them.

One star because you can get them to come out on short notice.
Like many reviews mention, they charge ridiculously high fees and must not care about earning customers for life.
I was charged $285 for someone to come out and say the garbage disposal and shower are leaking. Yeah, I knew that, that's why I called you...

thank you Level up for saving my house .... Level Up came in and got the problem leak handled and they were quick and affordable.

Our water heater tank busted, so I called Level Up for a new tank. Tony arrived the following day and had our new water heater installed within a few hours.
Thanks for the great service!

Should have read more reviews before calling these guys. All the comments about excessive fees for subpar services are correct.
I called about 6 companies to provide a quote for a new water heater, this was the only company that charges for that service (and without prior notice). What's worse, their technician (without my approval, as only my wife was home at at time of their visit) attempted to fix the unit (disassembling a portion of the motor he incorrectly thought was causing the issue), and not only failed to fix the problem, but he made the situation OBJECTIVELY WORSE. Our water heater was making a loud noise but still otherwise functioning perfectly (quickly producing hot water) when he arrived, and was no longer producing hot water after he left. This potentially cost me thousands of dollars as I then had to fast track a replacement without any opportunity to seek a best bid.
They were then pushy about us paying the bill, threatening collections after less than a month.

The first time I had them out was for a stopped up kitchen sink. The technician showed up when he said he'd be here, was fast, efficient, friendly and cleaned up after himself!
The second time, which was Monday, October 17th, I had the shower filling up with water, clogged, then the toilet backed up and the second bath was filling up in the shower/tub...great way to start a Monday, with a main line stoppage. I called and Tiffany had a tech at my house in less than an hour. Again, another quick, efficient, reasonably priced fix! I couldn't be happier!!
I was able to make it to all of my other obligations on time! A win for me!!

Level up plumbing was referred to me by my home warranty agent. I was afraid to deal with this company because they charge $200 just to come out which I thought was crazy. After dealing with a few different plumbing company's o thought I would see what they say. A plumber came out I told him what other told me and from their he was able to make the right decision on how to handle the problem. I had a pipe brake underground water was coming up behind the water heater and running in my backyard. Once the work was started come to find out the cold water pipe needed to be cut capped and rerouted the plumber thought he was going to reroute to the kitchen he ended up going the other direction which he told me I have access panels on the side of the house already after a days work my up satires restroom toilet was not getting water. The plumber came back on day two to get water to my upstairs toilet. During the inspection to find where the pipe is going the plumber cuts a hole in my restroom wall. Come to find out I had all the access panels to the pipes so the plumber did not have to cut any holes on the outside of the house. After finding the pipe the plumber was able to get water water to my upstairs toilet. Then I receive the bill which is crazy high then I was told by level up plumbing I had to pay to have the hole that was cut in my restroom wall by the plumber in order to have it fixed. I do not understand why I am responsible for a hole I did not cut open then one of my access panels on the side of my house was calked on now I have to re-calk and have a hole in my wall fixed this is crazy. I do not recommend this company. I work hard for my money I am not asking for nothing free just to have the things back to normal I did not think I was asking for to much.

Absolutely one of the most horrible experiences ever with a Company.Had a technician come by my house to replace a toilet wax ring he took off toilet in 5 minutes walked back and forth to his car for about 30 minutes then told me he could not fix it due to a a bad flange and it would have to be fixed by someone with more experience than him he then told me he could not put my toilet back on due to worn out bolts so he left it off. I called another highly recommended company where they had someone come out and fix it with no new flange simply added wax ring job well done
Level up plumbing two days later charged me $235 dollars for what they say was time spent I called office which I advise to never do due to people working in office is totally clueless and has no idea of who or how that business is ran . So long story short STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THE WORST
