My new plumber! We have been using another Concord plumber, Ernie's for over 20 years. They came out to fix a leak that was on the drainage and tried to sell me on redoing all the drainage and also repiping my house. Gave me two quotes, one for repipe and another for drainage and fixing current leak. Always get a second opinion!

Letts plumbing had great yelp reviews and recommended by a local realtor. So glad we did. Guy (his name escapes me, sorry) arrived spent a fair amount of time assessing the area and gave us the great news that our pipes are not bad enough to have them replaced now, he was not seeing any cracks or leaks and gave us a quote for the leaks that we knew where there and was significantly less than Ernie's.

Save to say Letts plumbing is my new go to!!!!

Have done a lot of business with these guys including having the main drain line cleared of roots, repairing a leaking drain line from the kitchen, leaking drain in the bathtub and replacing inserts on 64 year old shower valves. They have always done a good job, stand by their work and the guys that came out were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this company.

We had a problem we noticed late on a Thursday evening with our water heater and sent a message to Letts. They replied first thing Friday morning and had the part installed by 2 PM that day at a fair price. I will definitely use them for our plumbing needs. Happy to recommend.

We live in a three-story townhome in Walnut Creek with a lot of stacked and convoluted plumbing. We had a tough clog in one of our toilets. When the clog came back pretty quickly after their initial visit, Lett's came back with a more senior plumber and figured out the problem, fixing it for good and working with us regarding cost for the return visit. We have been working with Lett's for years, and they are always professional, but this time in particular, they really came through for us.
