We had an emergency due to a leak with a valve in our upstairs shower. Called on a Friday night and was able to schedule Sheldon to come early Saturday morning. Sheldon fixed it quickly and got our water back on in a jiffy. Letts is great and Sheldon was professional, clean and so very helpful. Do not hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs. Can't say enough good things about them and especially Sheldon!! Not too often you get great customer service these days. One happy satisfied customer.

Excellent customer service . This company went above and beyond my expectations. Shane the owner was amazing and very helpful. Fred was very professional and knowledgeable. We had very old pipes and a lot of digging needed to be done. Fred worked very hard and got it all done. I'm truly amazed at the work that was completed. I will never use another plumbing company.

We had a gas line installed for a new gas range. Shane came out first to do the estimate. He sent all the plans and gave me clear instructions to get the permit. He was very patient, answering all my questions when I called. Sheldon installed the gas line, came back to remove the valve the city inspector checked, and even helped push the new range into place so it could fit in nicely and safely. The work was faster than I expected. Great customer service, good pricing, and they're safe in their work. I highly recommend them.

Adam came by and diagnosed our issue within 15 minutes of arriving. We had water beneath our floor boards, so he looked down into the crawl space. It wasn't a plumbing issue, rather a leaking condenser unit on my HVAC! Fortunately, it was caught in time to not cause any serious damage. I was installing a garbage disposal under a sink that hadn't had one, when I ran into the problem of the existing waste pipe extending too far into the space for the disposal to fit.

I first called Benjamin Franklin (radio ads work!) and the guy who came out said that it was too short to just shorten it, and he'd have to go into the wall and replace it from there. For $700.

I called Letts, and they observed a secondary drain line lower down they could open, cut off and capped the problem line, and got me all set up. For $260.

I'm calling Letts next time, no question.

The service I received from Letts plumbing was better than I expected in every way. When a leak in my crawlspace developed, Lett's was recommended to me by a local plumber who was too busy to handle the job. The scheduling deparment was pleasant and got me a visit the same day. Fred, the gentleman who visited my house was incredibly helpful both trips (two were required due to an access problem). In the end they responded immediately and fixed the leak for a very fair price, all while being courteous and friendly on the phone and in person. I couldn't be more impressed. Thanks Fred, Amber, Leah (sp?) and everyone at Letts.
