First call to Lett's was because one of My mom's toilet was not working correctly. Kyle came out and looked at it. And he honestly said 'I can fix it, but with the labor cost to repair and the time it would take it would be much cheaper to order a brand new toilet, and have me come back and install it.' Since the one that was in there was pretty old and outdated this sounded like a great idea. So we ordered a brand new one and a week later Kyle came out and replaced the toilet. He also replaced the faucet fixtures because there had been no hot water in that bathroom in 2 years. Besides the fact that he did an awesome job, Kyle was so nice to my mom who has mid stage Alzheimer's and Can sometimes talk incessantly. He was also very sweet to her super inquisitive kitties, that are her life. Thank you Kyle for your awesome job and your genuine kindness.
2 weeks ago my mom informed me that another toilet was not flushing correctly. Since there are 3 toilets in the house I told her I would make the call the following week since it was pouring rain and I figured they were busy. 2 days later I arrived and she told me that her other toilet completely overflowed all over the floor and it was a huge mess. I'll save the gory details but it was horrible. I called Lett's again and thank goodness they had a cancelation because Andy and I think his apprentice Josh were there in an hour. They took one look and knew they had a job ahead of them. They determined that the outside pipes were so full and backed up, there were roots growing out of them. Causing 2 of the 3 toilets to be completely unflushable. These 2 worked their tails off getting the pipes open and running. They saved the day. Because I'm sure the working toilet would have been out of commission very soon. Some things you can't put a price on, so I more than expected a pretty good size bill for the work they day and it would have been well deserved. Imagine my surprise when the cost was under $200. They charged the cost of a service call. That was it. Wow is all I can say. Andy and Josh, just like Kyle were so nice, very knowledgeable and so easy to work with. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Needless to say, we'll never use anyone else.

Was given Letts info from a reliable friend. With all the storms our sump pump went out. Pump probably was on its last legs but of course goes out during storm. With that said made contact with Letts and from the first email contact nothing but absolute professionalism. Amber was the point of contact and was able to get us what we needed ASAP. She was very well informed and quick to answer any questions we had. She set us an appointment for service the minute we decided. Didn't even have to wait a day to get the team out here. Dustin and Josh showed up exactly on time and were very friendly and professional. Super respectful of our space and did the job in no time. Diagnosed a failed pump and replaced it and identified another issue with our electrical. That I can fix easy :). Christmas Day (Sunday) and our house water pressure went down to a trickle. Could not shower, toilet took minutes to refill. Called Lett's Monday morning around 9, initially talked to a sort of receptionist who said a scheduler would call me. 15 minutes later I got that call and explained my plumbing problem. They quoted their $189/hr charges and offered a noon to 2:00 appointment which I quickly agreed to. At 12:15 I received a call that they would be at our home in 15 minutes. Technician Sheldon arrived and quickly assessed our situation. When it was determined that the change in water pressure was intermittent (it wasn't that bad when he arrived) he said the obvious problem was our water pressure regulator. He went out to his truck and found that he had a replacement regulator and quoted me the price. I had anticipated the regulator was the problem and had looked them up on Amazon. Lett's parts quote was in the ball park. Sheldon said he could start right away and in LESS THAN AN HOUR he had replaced the regulator and installed an improved shutoff valve. Water system up and running and disaster (showers and laundry) avoided. What more could I ask for. THANK YOU SHELDON AND LETT'S.

Alex showed up in the afternoon of Christmas Day, precisely an hour after I called Letts plumbing about my backed up kitchen sink. He was able to unclog it within an hour and saved my Christmas evening plan.

They do charge a holiday/weekend overtime fee and I was informed that if I can wait till Monday the charge would be materially lower. Good tips for next time I guess as I really don't have any flexibility today. Overall, Letts Plumbing is responsive and gets the job done. I would not hesitate to give them a call next time for plumbing needs - hopefully on a weekday.

Woke up Christmas eve with a backed up main line. Found Letts Plumbing from Nextdoor users. Called Letts and Joe came out within a few hours and fixed the blockage. We had dinner set for a large group and would have had to move it without the help of Joe.

Water from my showers and toilets weren't draining correctly and 'everything' came out of the downstairs bathroom toilet and shower drain and flooded my bathroom. The technician, I believe his name was Erik, came out early morning and was great. He not only fixed the nasty problem but explained what was going on and what can could be done to help prevent the problem in the future. I have used Letts plumbing before a few years ago and they fixed the problem we had then

Use Letts a few times but this last time took 2.5 hours to snake that normally should have take an hour.

I called Lett's Plumbing on Saturday but found out it's much more expensive to have a plumber come to the house on the weekend than on a weekday. I waited til Monday and called again. Happily a plumber was available at 9 am to fix my clog. Nice people, quick service!

Letts plumbing is great! Patrick came out on a Sunday night and fixed our plumbing issues quickly and efficiently. He was super nice and definitely knew what he was doing! We will most certainly use this company with any further plumbing needs. Thank you so much to Patrick for taking care of us so quickly.

Can't say ENOUGH good things about this place. We had a gas leak in our 1920s home that PG&E determined. I had 2 plumbers come out, no one could find the leak, no one willing to tackle my under the home 1930's pipes, 'nothing I can do til monday' attitude....meanwhile my family with kids and 6 pets all went without the ability to cook, run the heater and have hot water since Thursday morning. Letts came out VERY quickly after they were called by my landlord. It was already dark outside. Patrick was our technician. Not only did he find several leaks, but he came back out this morning (Sunday!) to finish more leaks found under the house. He was a true professional, worked hard and handled business. He went where no others dared, my under house crawl space, with no change in demeanor. PG&E just left my house, where they verified the repairs were done perfectly and now my house has hot water and heat again. It's been a really difficult last few days and Letts really made our solution possible. I HIGHLY recommend this company, and you're super lucky if you get Patrick!!
