I called Leo this afternoon about a water pipe leak in the kitchen that was wetting the area under the sink and inexplicably getting the carpet wet in the dining room; water seemed to be coming up from underneath the carpet. Leo arrived at our home after finishing multiple other appointments. He could have come in the morning, but he is very dedicated to helping people.

Leo is very skilled and was able to determine the source of the leak and fix it in an hour. A master at his craft, he showed me how to check to confirm that there were no more leaks in the water pipe (the water pipe travels through the concrete slab of the house, so leaks may not be visible) by checking the water meter outside of the house to see if water was still running to the house when no one was using water. He will be my first call when having a plumbing issue.

Last night our kitchen sink stopped draining, very Inconvenient. So I investigated, I clear out the trap, did just about everything I could do my self.

After realizing the clog was way down the pipe it was time to call a plumber. Leo was recommended to us through one of our parent groups we are in to another neighbor. So of course I jump on yelp to cross check!

My wife called Leo last night, and since it was not an emergency, he said he could be here at 9:30 the next morning. Leo showed up exactly on time. I showed him the sink, explained what was going on and he gave me a competitive price to clean the clog out.

It took him about 20 minutes of running the snake through the clean out to get everything flowing. From what he was pulling out, it looks like the previous owners dumped all their grease down the sink....ewwwww!

Now the drain is draining and we can do dishes! Thanks Leo

As you are taking your hot shower after a hellish day at work, you look down and suddenly notice the water pooling around your ankles. You hope it'll just drain slowly and shrug it off. When you use the toilet next, the toilet fills with water to flush... but then doesn't flush. The image of waste water flooding your floors flashes before you, so you back away slowly. It's okay, you have your home warranty. Everything is fine, you tell yourself, as you file your claim for $75. That's easy, could be worse. Two extremely long days later of 60-second showers and planning your next bowel movement, the plumber finally arrives... to tell you your problem isn't covered through the warranty and you won't see your money again.

You turn to yelp and you feel the stress start to overflow like your backed up toilet. What's wrong with my house? How much is this going to cost? Why didn't I just stay living with my parents? You decide a house without a toilet is no house at all, so you call around for quotes. Leo's friendly and sincere voice stood out to me like an umbrella on a rainy day. He provided a quote that was more reasonable than everyone else, and said he could be here the next morning. The next morning he came on time, cleared the clog within an hour, and was able to tell us exactly what and where the problem was. I was so relieved and finally feeling at peace again. Later that evening, I started a load of laundry and went to walk my dogs, only to come home half an hour later and discover water seeping out of my garage and into the street... I opened my garage door and unleashed a sea of soapy disappointment. I called Leo and he answered right away. He asked me to test my showers and toilets. They were working. Leo said if that was the case, the problems likely weren't related, but he could return the next morning to take a look. The next morning, Leo came on time again, confirmed it was a separate unrelated problem (I just have the luck of a cursed shoe) and fixed it within ten minutes. When we asked him for the fee, he was hesitant to accept anything, which made us tip him even more. I'm so glad we decided to choose Leo for our plumbing needs. He is professional, knowledgeable, and most important just a good guy who's not going to take advantage of you. Thanks Leo! In a world of crappy toilets, you're a royal flush.
