Leo is someone you can rely on for your plumbing needs. I had drainage issue in my home recently and he was very prompt in fixing the issue. He knew what exactly needs to be done. He came and inspected the home, gave me a quote and the very next morning came back and finished the job. He is reasonably priced as well. Today was the 2nd or 3rd time of hiring Leo for minor plumbing issues. Today we had sputtering water...he came within an hour, established that it was just air in the pipes due to EBMUD installing a new water meter...took him 5 minutes and he didn't charge me a dime. The other times he did charge us, but very reasonably... he's worth every penny, and you won't get anyone skilled who is as responsive and speedy! :) highly recommend.
