one star because in about 10 minutes he unclogged the main drain. the rest of th time he was a salesman. talking me into spending close to six hundred dollars to having another guy come here with a camera. this guy tried to scare me with maggots and mold. I told him thank you and sent a very disappointed Gio on his way. I read all the reviews from BBB and this is the mo of this company's technicians. will never use this company again. Joann Goodman

Few days ago I had a leak from one of the bathrooms, downstairs into the family room area. I decided to go with Len The Plumber, so I called them on a Sunday morning. Great customer service! I was surprised not only with the fact that they answered the phone but more that that with the fact that someone actually came Sunday afternoon to see what is going on. That afternoon , Jim Cerillo their technician, came to asses the situation and helped me out with the whole process. Sometimes you have to be lucky to have the right person coming. He explained to me the steps I have to follow to get the whole problem fixed and all the repairs that I will need to do after the plumbing work is completed. The plumbing work he has done was outstanding. He left the area clean like no one worked there. The 5 starts in this review are well deserved.

I believe I have found a wonderful plumber and his name is Vincent Pensavalle he works for Len Plumbing in Teterboro. The drain for my bathroom since did not work as the galvanized pipe was corroded. Vince was on time, very professional, put booties on before entering my home and was very informative. He inspected everything and then gave me a price. I agreed to the price and accomplished everything. He also cleaned up after the work he completed. I would most certainly recommend Vincent and Len Plumbing if you have any issues.

Sean came to the house. He was great! Very professional, helpful, polite. The evaluation and final bill were exactly as they told me . They had to order a special kind unit which was not usually carried in stores. Anthony, the Manager called several times to see if everything was OK. I am very pleased with this company's work.

The plumber, Luis Torres, was excellent. He was knowledgeable and professional and thoroughly explained the issues and work required along with the pricing. Luis did a great job completing the work as detailed, and all was done promptly and efficiently.

I live in a brand new house. The house is only a couple of months old. The plumber that was sent to me from len the plumber. He told me that I need it to replace some of the plumbing in my bathrooms. This guy was trying to create work for himself. All I wanted was to have 3 faucets installedl. I called another company and got the job done for $780. Len the plumber, along with the faucets and other work that he suggested, wanted to charge me over $2000. I just didn't respond to the quote when the guy left. Oh yeah, he went out to his truck and told me he would be right back. He had to figure out the quote. He sat in his truck for 35 minutes. It doesn't take that long to figure out a quote. Smh
