Sean came to the house. He was great! Very professional, helpful, polite. The evaluation and final bill were exactly as they told me . They had to order a special kind unit which was not usually carried in stores. Anthony, the Manager called several times to see if everything was OK. I am very pleased with this company's work.

I live in a brand new house. The house is only a couple of months old. The plumber that was sent to me from len the plumber. He told me that I need it to replace some of the plumbing in my bathrooms. This guy was trying to create work for himself. All I wanted was to have 3 faucets installedl. I called another company and got the job done for $780. Len the plumber, along with the faucets and other work that he suggested, wanted to charge me over $2000. I just didn't respond to the quote when the guy left. Oh yeah, he went out to his truck and told me he would be right back. He had to figure out the quote. He sat in his truck for 35 minutes. It doesn't take that long to figure out a quote. Smh

hello yes he arrived on schedule very polite though I think he was over priced at $490 to unclog my toilet he left with out giving me a receipt for the work he did so he probably stiffEd his Boss, shame on me for not getting a price quote first well get a plumbing snake and do it yourself lol
