I didn't need same day service but I called and a technician, Joe N, was here in a few hours. He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The job was done right and we even talked about other plumbing related issues, giving me knowledge for later. Len the plumber will be my first call next time.

I had an appointment for a shower hot water knob that wouldn't work. The technician arrived on time, was courteous, and showed me what the issue was. I paid almost $400 for a simple $6 part (at Home Depot). How do I know it was a $6 part? I know because my shower started leaking within the same week as his ""repair."" I could not afford another $400 visit, so I removed and replaced the $6 parts myself. I noticed the part I removed was worn out and the same part the technician removed and showed to me. He had not replaced it with a new part, just took it out and put it back in. When I reached out to customer service providing images of the old part and complaining about the cost of no work being done. I was offered an $80 credit on my next bill (which will never happen after this.) This was later changed to an $80 refund. I do not recommend due to inflated prices and duplicitous practices.

Changed appointment time twice.
Exorbitant rates. Hourly rate comes in at about 400$ an hour.

The website shows in Philadelphia. I called and when I gave my zip code in Germantown, I was told they do not service Philadelphia just the surrounding area. Please change your website.

While my attendant Andrew was on the greener side of job, he was fantastic. He sourced the issue in a relatively short time & despite the gross subject matter, he always had a polite demeanor, a smile on his face, & made sure I had no other concerns before he left.

The cost seems comparable to other similar companies (BUT I am no expert on this--esp as big of a project it turned out being).

I had seen the commercial a few times but it was my 1st experience using them. The receptionist was empathetic so top to bottom, it was pleasant.
My situation was a much larger one than expected & I am very pleased with this company, the 2 men that I've interacted with were good guys.

I will NOT hesitate when needing service!!!

Plumber was perfectly polite and made the repair. My issue was that it cost almost $400 to install a connector on a broken hose. 5 minutes of work, if that!
Hubby wasn't home or we'd have declined.

Too expensive! Charged me well over $200 to push a reset button on my water heater....never again
