my heater stopped working and I made an appointment to have it inspected. A technician (Chris Mercado) came out quickly to do the inspection and within 10 minutes he told me my compressor was bad and needed over $5000 in repairs and labor minimum or a whole new system. it felt like a sales routine. The technician clearly did not do a good job with his inspection because I got a second opinion that same day and he fixed my problem in less than 10 minutes. I will not be using Len the Plumber again and do not recommend.

I did email you 2 months ago as you requested and still haven't heard any response. Are you really trying to rectify the problem or is that just a response you post on everyone's review to make it seem like you are trying to make things right.

Negligent. We had them install a new furnace. They completed the installation but screwed up the a connection which left gas leaking into our house. An hour after they left I walked into the closed room with the furnace to find it reeking of gas. So it is only luck that I found it in time and shut it off before my family was killed. This is no joke. We evacuated and waited in our car. After an hour a tech came out and he eventually fixed the problem. That was the last we heard from them. No follow up to make sure everything was okay or to offer any concern for jeopardizing my family. What a terrible organization. Stay away.

We recently had a problem with our first floor toilet. The toilet fill valve was broken, and the toilet would not flush.Because my husband is not handy and our plumber retired, I called Len the Plumber. I did not get same day service, but a young man came the next morning. He was very nice and told us what it was and the cost of the repair. The amount quoted was over $400, which we knew was exorbitant for the issue. My husband purchased the part for $15, and fixed it in 10 minutes,
I was shocked by the business practices of Len the Plumber. and would certainly not recommend them at all.

Not trustworth. $2600 to replace water heater. Then they leave the old one saying they will return for it. Nope. Endless phone calls and no show appointments to pick it up. What a terrible terrible company

Horrible! Horrible company! They came out to my home a few days ago. Our oil heater was bare and when we got oil in it the heater wouldn't start. We called Len the Plumber and they came out same day. They quoted us at $3000 to fix the heater. We told them we will get another quote. We called a family friend and they saw the heater and told us that these heater have to be bled. Air gets into the tank and need to be bled. They bled it and the heater is back to working like new. So, for $3000 I wonder what Len the Plumber was really gonna do to our heater considering it just need to be bled. The tech from Len the plumber stated "" these heaters cant be bled"". I wonder where he got his education from. Don't bother with them....do your research before calling and wasting a service fee.

Raymond Martinez and his team of Dave Nicenbery, and Theresa Bradsher did a fantastic job fixing our well yesterday. They are hardworking, professional, courteous and the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend them and will use Ray and his crew for all our plumbing and HVAC needs. Good quality work!

i always see len the plummer on tv, so ok i had a problem, i called on a friday and they set me up with an appoment say day! wonderful untill. they called me and said, we have to reschedule for tommrow, they had an emergency so i said ok. so, they rescheduled me for the next day wicth was sat. then in the last hour tyhey called me and said that they could not find the right tech for the job!!!! i was upset, so they said that they would take $50 off of the job if i rescheule for sunday, so i said they must really be sorry? sooooo, they called me in the last hour and said we will try to find a tech to come out, so 2 hours latter they called me back and said we dont have anyone would you like to reschedule foy monday?! so i said i think not. this company has schewed my whole weekend up. dont calle them!!!! i cryed, they just strung me along! they never even giving me a chance. i am so said! dont be sad like me go to another company.

Terrible people. Won't take accountability on a repair that cost me thousands in insurance and other fees that was at their fault.
Refuses to answer my insurance company with dishonesty and the audacity to even hang up on myself and the insurance when they call monthly. I will slam this company to anyone who will listen and I talk to people in my industry all day every day.
