Great job. First time I used this company and I am so pleased. Very polite and professional... Got the Job done. Even cleaned up by moving a big piece of furniture back in place when finished!
Luke showed up and was all professional and really seemed to know his stuff and love what he does.. as he explained w pride the family business of working w Mom and his brother and that it really works to keep it tight.

Upon inquiring for an initial estimate, the representative was very nice. She was able to accommodate my busy schedule for a technician to arrive. The technician, Erick called 10 minutes before his arrival. He was very pleasant and efficient. The rates are very fair. This service experience was awesome. They deserve an extra star. Updating my review. This is my second time using Bigos. First time was for my water heater. This time I needed my gas piping extended to accommodate a new gas dryer. I contacted them through Yelp for a quote. They asked for photos, which I sent also through Yelp, then was given a quote. The price was very reasonable. I was in contact with several other plumbers, but Bigos was quick to respond, and since I had good experience with them before, I decided to just go with them before getting quotes from other plumbers. The plumber arrived about 10 minutes before the arrival window, which I greatly appreciated. I hate being told that someone will arrive ""between the hours of 1-3"" and they arrive at 2:50. The plumber put booties on to walk through my place which I greatly appreciate as well. He went over the options with me, and did not try to sell me the more expensive work. I decided to go with the simplest fix to my problem. Work was done quickly, and he even tested my dryer. Service was above and beyond. The last time I had workers in my place was for the aforementioned dryer. They came in with their dirty shoes all over my carpet, didn't bother putting the dryer in its place, and did the bare minimum. It was refreshing to have a service worker in my place come and go above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely be using Bigos going forward for all my plumbing needs and not even bother calling around to compare quotes.

Chose Bigos based on super high Yelp recommendation. The plumber asked for a text photo of the damage, and promised an estimate based on this which bumped them to the top of the line. In the end they did have to come out anyway before they would give a price but Stephanie was courteous and professional and pleasant to deal with on the phone. Luke seems very knowledgeable, and friendly, so it was a pleasure to deal with them. Not cheap, and we had to wait because they are SO busy, but work looks great so far , and price is fair.

I hired Bigos Plumbing to install our new RO water system under our kitchen sink and the install went very smooth. Matt and his helper came over and immediately identified the existing plumbing as being crooked, which was the root of our minor leaking problem that we had. He installed our RO system and replaced the existing piping and it all looks great now! Additionally, I asked Matt to look at our bathroom sink drain issue and he quickly and easily fixed it by removing the clogged gunk and hair that was in there! I highly recommend Bigos Plumbing and appreciated their thorough and efficient work.

Hats off to Luke at Bigos plumbing. He did an awesome job changing my old leaking shutoff valves to new quarter turns and re-plumbing my new sink that switched from double drain to single disposal drain. I hired Bigos a while back to replace my water heater after much research and disappointing calls to other plumbing services before I found Bigos. They were great then too. I live in a condo and my association has two plumbers to choose from that know my building well. Unfortunately they are both undesirable to deal with. I'm sticking with Bigos for all my plumbing needs from now on. Luke works circles around those other guys and he doesn't even know my building as well. He learns quick though and has a great can do attitude. Thanks Luke and keep up the great work.

First I have to thank Stephanie for being polite, professional, and helpful with setting up an appointment with Bigos. She provided some of the best customer service I have ever received from a handyman business.

Luke was prompt and friendly as well. I had a blockage in the main line of my condo building that connected to my kitchen sink as well as slow water drainage in a bathtub and he took care of both problems within a half hour.

The pricing is a little steep for my budget but it is definitely fair for the professionalism, efficiency, and effectiveness of the services this company provides.

Color me impressed with them. Definitely worth the money. Should I ever have another plumbing issue I will go back to Bigos thanks to Luke and Stephanie.
