Bigo is LEGIT. 10/10. I previously used a home inspection company to conduct a sewer pipe inspection on a property, but they did not have the proper sized scope to access a cleanout. After hearing about this news, i frantically called around for someone who can perform a sewer scope inspection and I landed on Bigo on Yelp. He was able to fit me into his hectic schedule and arrived on site within 30 minutes of the call. He was able to perform the sewer scope inspection which saved me a ton of money because he found a tree root had pierced through one of the drain pipes.

He also advised me on issues with cast iron and galvanized pipes and gave his opinion on what would be an ideal, cost effective and efficient replacement.

I also sought Bigo's services on another property. Although he was scheduled for another job 2 hours away from Long Beach, he made sure that he had his employee ready to perform a sewer scope inspection (through the roof). You can't get any better with customer service.

For both times I used Bigo, he provided me with repair quotes/estimates very quickly - this is important especially if you are looking to purchase a home, given the quick turnaround times in a seller's market.

I will definitely use Bigo again in the future!

If I could, I would rate Bigos Plumbing ten stars! I first met Matt when I was getting bids for work to be done on our newly purchased home. We knew the house needed a lot of work. Matt worked with me to give us a very reasonable bid on the work needed. Our drain and sewer lines were in bad shape and needed replacing and a liner installed. We also purchased a new tankless water heater and had them do work inside the house on the connectors and p-traps. They also fixed a couple other small things inside and installed four new toilets. From the beginning, they were very responsive and Matt was great about answering all of my questions and explaining the work that would be done. Matt, Luke, and their entire crew were wonderful to have around our home. They worked extremely hard to get all of the work done in a timely manner. I cannot express how grateful I was that there were no major delays or hassles. They are third generation plumbers who clearly are not in the business for the money. They care deeply about the quality of their work and about developing a personal relationship with their clients. Their mother, Stephanie, who works in the office was delightful to interact with and provided great customer service. As new home owners, it is very scary to pour this kind of money into a project, but I knew we were in good hands and the end product was more than I even hoped for. Bigos will be our plumbers for life! Thank you for all of your wonderful, extremely hard work!

When I bought my house last fall, I knew I had to get the sewer line repaired based on our initial inspection. I called a few plumbers for estimates and they were all over the place on what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I called Bigos and Matt met with me to explain exactly what was needed and exactly what it would cost. He was true to his word and he and his crew were out to fix the sewer pipes - exactly as he had quoted and as scheduled. High quality work, fair and honest pricing. It's hard to overstate how appreciative we are of Luke and the team.

A week prior, Luke did a small job for us and while here fixed an unrelated issue in the same bathroom that he noticed. Then they saved our bacon a week later when the crawlspace flooded and we didn't know what to do. Luke and Steph coordinated a team to assess the issue that same day. Then, even though they're slammed, they had a team working on replacing our water main connection the day after. We had running water sooner than expected after this sort of catastrophe and we feel very lucky to have a quality plumbing team one call away.

BIGOS IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!! My project was HUGE...a complete renovation of a 60 year old house with the original cast iron plumbing...in some instances all that was left of the antiquated pipes was just petrified dirt...looked like what you might find in an archeological dig!

We had no idea of the scope of the work until the mainline backed up & Matt did his initial camera inspection...the rest of the drain lines from the kitchen/ laundry were even worse! Matt presented us with viable solutions using a combination of pipe coating and liners for everything below ground which requires an extensive amount of specialized equipment and a high level of expertise to do it properly. Also installed a cleanout & water shut-off valve including a filtration unit.

Every single connection/supply line in the kitchen & 2 bathrooms was in horrible condition with crazy old plumbing that made no sense. Matt & his crew replaced everything making it functional. I really appreciated all the attention to detail that is Matt's style...for example, his suggestion for a recessed box for the washer's water supply lines in the garage was such a nice finishing touch with the new drywall.

While we had the drywall & cabinets out, we also had Bigos repipe the entire house including the vent pipes to prevent future problems. Matt's pricing was always fair & it made complete sense to follow his recommendations.

As we started putting things back together, Matt did all the necessary plumbing to install a new tub, precisely set valves for both showers to accommodate new tile work then later installed the finish fixtures, hooked up two bathroom sinks/faucets, installed 2 toilets. connected the new dishwasher, kitchen sink with disposal, and new water heater.

The fact that Matt is a master of his trade with the expert skills to perform literally ANYTHNG you needs isn't even the best thing about Bigos Plumbing! This is a family business in every sense. Stephanie (Matt's mom) is incredible with answering the phone, efficiently set everything up, somehow got city permits in the midst of a pandemic, accounting, etc...all with a pleasant, responsive demeanor. Matt, his brothers & others who are like family...all essential to the operation with the same outstanding work ethic, personable, conscientious, humble and work well together. These are all honest professionals you can trust. They are prompt, efficient, organized, have nice trucks equipped with necessities for every situation...and they keep things tidy.

As you can imagine on job of this scope, there were inevitable issues, but the best thing about Matt is his calm reassurance that he will figure out the best solution...took time to educate me in the process, then worked tirelessly to make it happen. Matt was also incredible at effectively communicating with the city inspector to make that part go smoothly. The other thing that's super important is their outstanding service...they promptly respond to any issues. You can feel confident that Matt will stand behind his work because he settles for nothing less than perfection!

I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND BIGOS for any of your plumbing needs since they did literally EVERYTHING on this project! I'm genuinely grateful to have found a business with such a high level of integrity...appreciated everything from the excellent customer service to the exceptional workmanship!!!

A big shout-out to Matt and the crew from Bigos Plumbing. Matt has been my plumber for about 15, maybe 18 years now. In an emergency -- at any time -- he has NEVER hesitated to come out for even a minor repair. He once came on either Thanksgiving Eve, or the actual day, in the rain, and never complained. He just did an emergency sewer line repair for me, a job he'd been kindly pushing me to approve for years and for which I kept putting off. The poop Gods finally caught up with me, slapped me around, and now it's all cleaned up and better thanks to Bigos. His work is quick, honest, and thorough.
