I had three different plumbers come out to fix my vibrating shower. None of them were sure of the cause but all of them wanted to do extensive repairs $500-1500. Luke was the only plumber that bothered to consult the manufacturer. And, with his astute detective work he discovered that the cartridge that the original plumber installed to try to fix it was old/used. Luke replaced the cartridge and the shower - after 3 months of vibration - was fixed! He also did a terrific assessment of the plumbing as part of the escrow when I bought the unit 5 months ago.

Stephanie was very quick to respond to my message, and Luke was here a few hours later. He was great! I had leaking under the kitchen sink that was so bad I couldn't use it. But Luke fixed it up in no time, and at a fair price. Very professional and very competent! Thank you!

Bigos replaced my water heater recently. It was an outstanding job, where even the old water heater connections were replaced by new, shiny copper connections. Bigos also helped diagnose quickly why the garbage disposal would not drain. The office staff at Bigos that handled email correspndence were really nice. I highly recommend Bigos Plumbing.

Luke came out today to fix my gurgling toilet and other joys here. He was honest, clean, took pride in his work and my favorite broke it down into normal ppl terms to understand terms and didn't make me feel dumb. Shocker, but it happens with other companies. Although the long term fix is $$$ I was happy to feel I got an honest answer and when my piggy bank becomes full I will call them for the big fix. He even offered to regurgitate what he told me in person to my husband if need be. Local and family owned so far highly recommend them. Linda was nice too.

Bigos helped me out with a new bathtub install (valves, rough in, finish work), cleaned out some drains, and quoted some various other projects. Their work has been great and I've never had any issues. They're friendly and professional.

I took off one star because I didn't always receive the call backs that I was expecting and had to proactively call them. Not a huge deal, but a bit inconvenient. Once I got in touch, scheduling was quick and easy.
