Recently required a 4"" pipe to be lined for a commercial site. Matt came out to conduct a thorough inspection to confirm what was required. Throughout he was advising on the best course of action.

On the day of the job there was nothing but professionalism from the Bigos team throughout the day. Great HONEST people and would highly recommend to not only commercial customers but also home customers! i'll be sure to have them round my own property if i need plumbing work. Work carried out by them is to V. high standard and treated as if it's their own.

Hard to come by honest, good worth ethic and professional people/companies these days!

Our house was built in 1929 and had some vintage plumbing as well. After one estimate of $13,000 I went to Nextdoor and sought out advice from other neighbors. Bigos Plumbing came up many times. I did the research and called to make an appointment. When they said the owner would come out I was impressed. Matt made a thorough inspection and then sat down with us and explained in detail exactly what needed to be done. It was a huge job (pipe bursting) and running a huge line along the side of the house using only one hole. While still a costly undertaking it was about half of what the other company wanted. The crew was great and completely cleaned up everything, especially important since it ran along my neighbors driveway. I certainly see why they have such well deserved 5 star ratings.

If you are a out of state property owner, READ THIS! You cant get anymore hands off living on the east coast while your property is in Long Beach California. One of my tenants called me with a plumbing problem. First thing I did was do what you are doing right now and that is on yelp reading ALL the reviews. There is a reason why this company has had such high standings. Not only was the service excellent but you can count on fair reasonable pricing compared to other plumbing companies. From scheduling an appointment, to speaking to knowledgeable plumbers like Luke, to getting the job done, I have never felt so at ease knowing my investment is being well taken care of. Not only did I find a plumber, but I found a friend local to the area I can go to with all my plumbing needs. Thanks, Luke!

I can't remember ever writing a yelp review. However, I have used Bigos for the last three years for all sorts of issues. I felt it was time to recognize that this is the best plumbing company in Long Beach. Period.

I call and set a time window for their arrival, they arrive within said time, resolve whatever my issue is quickly and efficiently, clean up, and send me a bill via email to be paid online.

Today Erick G. Arrived at 1350, replaced a pipe, and was gone by 1440. Really a great company, staff, and product.

I will always recommend and use Bigos!

Last week our furnace/air conditioning unit started to leak water. An air conditioner repairman came out and said that the drain was blocked and a plumber was necessary. Thanks to Yelp, I spoke to Stephanie at Bigos who said she would have a technician call me. 10 minutes later the supervisor called saying that a technician will be over in 20 minutes. Eric then called and arrived a few minutes later. He cut the pipe and repaired the drain - they did a wonderful job, completed all work within one hour of my initial call. No one likes it when you have a flood in your kitchen from your upstairs bathtub. Surprisingly, the good news is I have a plumbing company I can use for all my needs as a homeowner. From when Stephanie answering the phone with a smile, to the workers coming on time, wearing masks and socially distancing but where warm and welcoming. They where able to jump on the job and had a reasonable price, and completed the work in an efficient and quick time. The plumbers worked hard and explained to me the repairs they where making. It was an excelent experience. I would highly recommend them to my Greater Long Beach area family.

So glad I found Bigos Plumbing! They did a great job replacing the shut off valves in my kitchen and bathroom (I live in a condo so the main water needed to be shut off) . They just finished yesterday installing a new kitchen sink and hooking up my bathroom vanity. Eric was so helpful while we were trying to figure out the right kitchen sink size and would text me pictures of ones that could work. I feel like he went above and beyond to explain the details of the plumbing to me which I really appreciated! Thank you!!
