My tub was backing up and Carlos was able to come out within a few hours and fix it and I was able to still get to work today the company I normally do business with couldn't come out until Wednesday afternoon..... Carlos has a new customer.

Carlos was responsive, reliable and efficient. We scheduled a service window which he stood by. I got a notification when in route which is great since I could plan my day accordingly. Our shower water faucets were leaking. Called Legacy, and spoke to Carlos, he came over the same day. With the help of his son, he was able to fix the problem in no time. One of the best service I have gotten in a really long time. They showed up on time, gave me a upfront price to clean out my drain and gave me a worse case scenario if it was something more than a simple clean out.

Luckily it was easy, and carlos and his crew got me flowing again.

It's not fun dealing with a backed up pipes. Lol.

So where do I start! My wife & I had moved in to what looked like a new home but little did we know the house still had the original plumbing (Steel piping). One day we noticed the shower was backing up & the toilet would not flush. At first my wife blamed my bowel movements for being so frequent & the cause of the issue (not cool)? but I disagree of course but hey I guess husbands are usually the first to be blamed for all the issues lol.

So me being the type of guy that wants to fix everything I gave it a shot.....

So after 2.5 weeks of reading articles & watching you tube videos, spending some $$ on Drain Cleaners & my wife expressing that this is most likely not my specialty I swallowed my pride & budged.

So I called Carlos (The owner) & sure enough they came down that same day & in less than 40 min wooalah, it was draining again!

I could've saved so MUCH of my time & $$ if I had just given him a call to begin with, we'll now I know, Call Legacy Plumbing!

Hope this review helps any DIYers w/limited understanding & access to tooling, there are something's tasks beyond our scope & it's ok to ask for help.
