So where do I start! My wife & I had moved in to what looked like a new home but little did we know the house still had the original plumbing (Steel piping). One day we noticed the shower was backing up & the toilet would not flush. At first my wife blamed my bowel movements for being so frequent & the cause of the issue (not cool)? but I disagree of course but hey I guess husbands are usually the first to be blamed for all the issues lol.

So me being the type of guy that wants to fix everything I gave it a shot.....

So after 2.5 weeks of reading articles & watching you tube videos, spending some $$ on Drain Cleaners & my wife expressing that this is most likely not my specialty I swallowed my pride & budged.

So I called Carlos (The owner) & sure enough they came down that same day & in less than 40 min wooalah, it was draining again!

I could've saved so MUCH of my time & $$ if I had just given him a call to begin with, we'll now I know, Call Legacy Plumbing!

Hope this review helps any DIYers w/limited understanding & access to tooling, there are something's tasks beyond our scope & it's ok to ask for help.

Our 10+ year old GE water heater finally decided to not work any longer. Carlos and his team came out and got us back up and running right away. He was able to relocated our water heater to a new location (from indoors to outside), and convert our home to a tankless/recirculating setup in only 2-days time. The workspace was always kept clean and on top of hauling away the old water heater, they even cleaned the floor where it used to be. Cannot recommend enough.

Woke up to flooded bathrooms and figured our main line was clogged. Called Carlos and he was there within an hour. He priced it out before he started and jetted the clog and had us back in business in about 20 minutes. Gave us some great advice on maintaining our older pipes and set us up on a yearly schedule to keep our older house running smooth. Excellent service!! So happy he we found him!
