We had an emergency toilet clog and I called 3 different plumbers that were ""too busy"" for a small job due to the rain and larger jobs. Rooter plumbing contacted me right away and came on an emergency call within one hour of my call. Their customer service was excellent and the service technician took care of the issues quickly. Great service! They answered the phone on the first attempted. Asked a few questions, then boom, my appointment was set for the next day. When he arrived he was courteous and did an excellent job cleaning two of my chimneys. This is exactly the kind of service all companies should provide to their customers. Take note! Give them a try. My tub was backing up and Carlos was able to come out within a few hours and fix it and I was able to still get to work today the company I normally do business with couldn't come out until Wednesday afternoon..... Carlos has a new customer.

Our shower water faucets were leaking. Called Legacy, and spoke to Carlos, he came over the same day. With the help of his son, he was able to fix the problem in no time. One of the best service I have gotten in a really long time. They showed up on time, gave me a upfront price to clean out my drain and gave me a worse case scenario if it was something more than a simple clean out.

Luckily it was easy, and carlos and his crew got me flowing again.

It's not fun dealing with a backed up pipes. Lol.
