First of all, they (actually Sam) fixed the problem - removed "foreign object" clogging the toilet. He came on scheduled time, explained what he's going to do and options available and it was all along with their upfront pricing model, which means I knew how much it will be if things are fixed with first attempt, or how much it will be if more work is required. I feel all was fair and clear, and again, most importantly was the result. Good service - thank you.

Eric picked up the phone and was exceptionally helpful and nice. We had a leaking expansion tank and although end up canceling the service per the tenant request, Legacy plumbing is going to be my go to place next time we have an issue if only for the fact that it was easy to communicate, send picture and schedule. Great response and service. Johnny came in and immediately put on shoe covers. He checked the issue and actively listen to my concerns. He diagnosed the issue and usually his IPad calculated the options. You get an opportunity to decide which option you would like. He explained his process and did the work timely. All forms of payment are accepted. My only con is that the repair was a little pricey but I guess you have to pay for good service done right.

Called because they list filtration systems under their services. Perhaps they used to provide them and this is why it is listed, but I just called and was informed that they do not. Would recommend removing that from their service list on yelp.

Update: I gave them an extra star for answering the phone.

After letting them know I have a slab leak they politely asked if I could wait until 5 days from now to have someone come out just to detect the location of the leak. With my water off... to my house... for 5 days. Thanks but found a plumber just as busy, who actually asked what area I lived in and looked with their eyeballs to see if another tech was in the area just to give me an idea of what I was looking at.

I've used these guys a couple times. Service and staff is extremely professional. I had a major repair and the technician goes out of his way to find the most economical solutions to me. They keep you updated of the status so you won't get surprised with a huge bill. Definitely recommended!

Our kitchen sink was clogged and water was sitting in the sink yesterday morning. When all else failed (Draino, Plunger, 25' Snake), my husband and I finally decided we needed a professional! I submitted an online service request that night (Halloween) and they called at 8am the next morning and got us on the schedule. Johnny came out to help us! He was very nice and professional! He diagnosed the problem, told us what needed to be done, and how much we were looking at. It was all straight forward with no hidden agendas. I had seen a "first time customer waive the service charge coupon with a $100 repair" and he applied that. He also let us know of the food drive they were doing for the month of November! How awesome! The best part? He was able to clear the line and I was able to use my sink and dishwasher again!!!

Johnny put shoe covers on every time he came back in our home, spoke with us (not at us or down to us) about the process and everything he would do, and gave us pointers for future use of our garbage disposal. He cleaned up when he was finished and made customers out of us! I hope we don't need him in the future, but we will definitely give Legacy a call (and request him!) if we need one! Thank you for making our first time needing any type of service call a pleasant experience!

Legacy is first class. They came out same day and replaced my water heater in 1.5 hours. On top of that they were 33% cheaper than the other quote that I received. No complaints. I will call them again with any plumbing needs.
