I am so grateful for the expertise and efficiency that marked my appointment with Legacy Plumbing today! I was impressed from my first phone consult with Clifton, and he provided excellent advice so that I would be prepared for my appointment today. From a courtesy call yesterday to a, "we are on our way" call well within the service time window, this particular company was stellar!

Plumbers Jose and Brenden were incredibly polite, thoughtful, and SPEEDY! They replaced a kitchen faucet and three valves in record time, they left the kitchen cleaner than they found it, and they were incredibly reassuring. I feel so thankful; I picked this company primarily due to their Yelp reviews and I am incredibly pleased!

I have had bad experiences with plumbers, but my experience with Legacy was nothing short of amazing. Johnny came the first day and diagnosed the problem which turned out to be a slab leak. He was courteous and very informative about the leak and about potential pricing. Matthew came the next day to determine how best to repair the leak. He explained all pricing and potential options for repair. Luckily, he was able to repair by rerouting the effected line through the attic; however, other more expensive repairs could have been used: drilling through the slab and tunneling under the slab. Other plumbers would suggest other more expensive options (like my previous bad experience with my first repair with that other plumber). Once the repair was complete, Matthew walked me through the repairs and the pricing. I cannot recommended Legacy Plumbing enough.

Had a late night leak on a bathroom shut off valve! Couldn't get it to seal completely so, as the place was flooding, I was outside shutting off the main water in the rain storm. The next day was Sunday and I didn't have reason to get emergency "take a loan out to get service" visit so I decided to do a little research to find a new plumber. Plumbers are those guys you usually don't think about until you need them. The two I've used for years have let me down the last two jobs so, I decided to get a new company. I had never consulted "The Yelp" in order to get a plumber so, gave it a shot. These guys fit all the criteria, responded promptly, called me before they officially opened Monday and came out and did a professional job. The service crew is dressed in uniforms, place paper boot covers on before entering your house and drive a modern late model signed truck.
I will definitely call them in the future if I need plumbing help and don't hesitate to recommend them to you.

We return from being gone for several days to no hot water. Found out there was a leak and heater needed to be replaced. Enoch came out with another gentleman and they replaced it quickly, efficiently and professionally. Because my husband isn't able to climb the stairs to see the work they took pictures and showed us every part of the heater. We will definitely use them again and let our friends know how happy we are with Legacy Plumbing.

Jose came out within 24hrs and rebuilt both toilets in my daughters home. They bought a wonderful home in Carrollton but had worn out internal parts. The dispatcher quoted me some ballpark pricing on phone and then Jose came next am to fix.

He put on disposable booties and even vacuumed up after he finished.

It's no longer hard to find a plumber we like and trust.

He explained everything and did a courtesy check on water psi and water heater. Super friendly and efficient. We would recommend them to everyone.

Called to set up an appointment and was walked through an estimate and placed on the schedule for the same day. The guy that showed up (Enoch) was quite helpful, very thorough and impressively quick. He showed up early and fully replaced a rusted exterior faucet within 1 hour of arrival. He was very professional and left the condition of the work site looking as good as it did before he showed up. The pricing was reasonable and the work was warrantied for a year. Highly recommended.

Not sure where to even begin this review as from the moment I called to inquire about the "water sound in my wall" to the moment the project was finished, it was a great experience. Upon first calling, my call was returned by the owner, Theron Young. He actually asked me a series of questions on what the sound could be in an effort to try and save me money from a service call. Once he thought it may be a slab leak, he helped schedule the appointment. Canon and Alex came to the house to conduct some testing and concluded it was indeed a slab leak. Something no homeowner really wants to hear, however these two professionals assured me they could handle the job and stated they would have me up and running in no time. My wife and I were leaving town the next day so they advised me to leave the water turned off. We scheduled them to come back and fix the leak upon our return. They were prompt, extremely professional and kept me informed with each step they took. Now here's what was so amazing; these two men were so courteous, helpful in explaining things, cleaned up after themselves and were so friendly - I felt like I had known them for years. Having been a homeowner for over 35 years, I have had several companies and service providers in and out of my homes. Never have I experienced such a high "I Care" factor than from Canon and Alex. I even joined their Gold program as I want these guys back to ensure other areas of my plumbing is properly maintained. I could write a lot more, but do yourself a favor and call this company for any plumbing need. When I first heard the sound of water, I called three different known companies, and Legacy Plumbing stood far out from the rest.
