We had recently purchased a new existing home. During the seller leaseback period we were notified of an issue with the water heater. Got on the phone with Derek at Legacy and was able to get a couple of plumbers (Ahndre and Henry) out the same day. Ahndre and Henry were both very professional during the repair. Ahndre took the time to go over in detail all that was needed for the repair. Great job and would recommend.

We had hot/cold water taps replaced about a week ago. Kelly and Jordan were incredibly professional and treated our home with more respect than any contractors I have ever worked with. They did an amazing job with installation and everything looks perfect. Their attention to detail is abundantly clear in their work. I'd also like to add that their level of service and trustworthiness made me feel comfortable enough to not have to be present. It's a weird world out there and I don't usually allow contractors alone in the house with my wife. This will never be an issue with Kelly and Taylor. I would like to personally thank them for giving me that comfort.

Ahndre & Henry came out and replaced the PRV. They were very professional and dural. They explained the reason a new part was needed and explained the process. I had this valve replaced by another plumber 5 years ago, who fail to state that the original valve placement was not up to code and replaced the valve in the same location. Andre taken the time to explain and showed me the city code. I highly recommend this service, if the other tech are as efficient as Ahndre & Henry, you will be please.

Our pipe to the main sewer line dropped and caused clogging that backed up into the house on a Friday late afternoon. We had to call a plumber we hadn't used before to get a quick fix since Legacy was booked. We called Legacy the following week and the team was incredible from start to finish. Cole came out and was able to identify the problem, give us an estimate and schedule the work to start all in 48 hours. What could have been a very stressful situation was not because of the professionalism, kindness, and workmanship of Cole, Sean, Miguel and Joey. The price was considerably lower (more than $1500) than the original quote we received from the original plumber. I highly recommend them!

Had a leak to my main water line discovered on July 4th. Filled out a few contact forms for plumbers that evening hoping for a visit the next day. Eric with Legacay plumbing emailed me that same evening letting me know to call in the morning to check for an opening and scheduled me a few days later as backup. They were able to fit me in the next morning. Ahndre was the plumber and he was excellent with his communication skills and troubleshooting skills. Advised me of his process before he began, kept me informed throughout and provided details of how the issue happened and what I can do to prevent it in the future. Overall, very happy with Legacy plumbing.

I had a couple indicators that led me to believe we had a gas leak. Called Legacy, the only plumbing company we use, and scheduled someone to come out and have a look.

Steven and Travis showed up and did a fantastic job. They performed a couple tests and were able to determine that I DID NOT have a gas leak. They explained the tests they were performing, showed me the results and kept me updated through the whole appointment.

Steven and Travis are both personable and nice guys. We were very happy with their service and as stated at the beginning, Legacy is the only company we use.

Our bathroom faucet and sink had a bad leak. The water supply line was gnarly too. Tried a couple of well publicized plumbers but they seemed afraid of the job. Called Legacy Plumbing because of the good reviews online. Well, here's another great review:
The lady who scheduled us at Legacy Plumbing was so professional and friendly and she made our situation a priority. Johnny and Mitchell came out and knew exactly what to do immediately. They answered questions, explained their plan of action, advised us on the best solution and executed it quickly. They were so professional and pleasant. They arrived on time, replaced our faucet, the water supply line, and the stop perfectly. They cleaned up after themselves. all for a good price. Legacy Plumbing, we highly recommend.
