We recently moved back to Texas and purchased a house in Frisco. In the long process of renovating it we have had multiple plumbing issues to address. I researched many plumbing companies and finally decided on Legacy. When I first spoke to Thomas, I knew it was the right decision. We have never been disappointed with their workmanship! They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to accommodate our every need. Jeremy has been the lead in all of our projects. They completed a project that we were dreading because they needed to jackhammer the foundation in our office, dig down into the ground and replace a sewer line. They completed the task in an unbelievably short time and restored the foundation perfectly. No one could tell it had ever been disturbed. Jeremy and Mitchell did a stellar job....we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend this business to anyone seeking a wonderful plumbing experience!

Would highly recommend Legacy Plumbing. Will and Mitchell replaced our kitchen faucet and did a great job - the company was quick to schedule my service (put in a request Saturday morning, called on Saturday afternoon and scheduled for that Monday) and Will texted and called that morning to let me know when they were on the way. They showed up right on time and wore shoe covers which we appreciated. Will and Mitchell were knowledgeable and quick in their service.

THE BEST PLUMBERS IN THE KNOWN UNIVERSE. I called with a problem that seemed difficult for other companies, impossible for some, and the great company known as Legacy Plumbing sent out not only great plumbers but also great men, Kelly and Henry. These guys were incredible. Not only does Kelly take you under his wing and give you the best advice learned in his 30+ year career, he also answered painlessly my millions of questions (yep, I'm that guy, the annoying DIY'er who asks how everything works and how to do everything). They didn't just tolerate me and my questions but welcomed me like family. Honestly, it was such a pleasure hanging out with them that I can't even imagine what off the clock is like. They made work - hard and incredibly tough work - fun and enjoyable (or at least for me the bystander! Haha.) If you're thinking about booking these guys (and of course you are if you're reading this), just do it. If you don't understand something? Just ask. They are passionate about what they do and care a great deal about both YOU as a person and show it through caring for YOUR PLUMBING. There's nobody better than Kelly, and Henry is well on his way as his apprentice. I can't say enough good things about these guys, they were simply incredible, thoughtful, hardworking, and fun, (even hilarious at times), which made something that was super difficult look fun and easy. One way or another, these guys will solve your problems or die trying. The bigger and harder the problem the more "interesting" it is and more of a "fun challenge" for these guys to solve. You want guys like these in your corner when you have issues, that's for sure!

Backstory: My gas riser pipe for my spa heater rusted out and developed a leak about 7 years ago. I had difficulty finding a repair back then (just like now), so I gave up. I turned the gas off running to it (fortunately I had a valve for it) and dug down to uncover the part that needed to be replaced and discovered it was a polyethylene line (mine is orange, they changed to yellow in the 80's, but, just like Kelly said, it's basically the same pipe designed to the same specifications). I called several companies which gave mixed responses, but when I called Legacy Plumbing they found a master plumber familiar with gas to discuss it with me further and he immediately understood, and then he sent an experienced veteran like Kelly out who knew exactly what was going on. For these guys it really was no big deal, and within minutes of Kelly being onsite for the estimate he was able to piece together a plan to repair using the existing pipe. This was the solution I preferred anyway, and it worked out as well as it could. His care of people and his years of experience really shine, as he gives you options and listens to your thoughts instead of taking a "one size fits all" approach - he truly is an artist working the many variables of the problem to find and recommend the best solutions for your specific issues.

The bottom line is that I trust Legacy Plumbing as a company and if it were an option (I know it isn't :)) I would give Kelly and Henry the keys to the house and turn them loose while at work, that's how much I trust them. Let's be honest though, I could never do that because I'm way too nosy and like to learn too much, and these guys are simply too enjoyable to miss hanging out with. Call Legacy Plumbing and call them now and ask for Kelly and Henry - above and beyond doesn't begin to describe it.

We had a tricky plumbing issue and found Legacy plumbing through their spectacular reviews.  Their scheduling/administrative staff were so lovely and booked us within a few days!! When Matthew and Ramone from Legacy Plumbing arrived, there was a marked difference from most of the plumbing companies we've worked with before.  They put on shoe covers before they entered the house, took them off whenever they went outside, and replaced them when they re-entered.  This is the white-glove service of plumbing.  Matthew and Ramone took a look around an outlined our options.  They clearly explained each option, gave a reasonable estimate of what it would cost, and helped weigh the pros and cons of each one.  Matthew was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and almost immediately found issues that other plumbers hadn't even looked for.  I felt so confident in the knowledge and ability of these guys that choosing them was a given. Best choice we could have made! They took "leave no trace" to a whole new level.  After the repair, our home looked like nobody had been there, which is saying a lot with plumbing work. When the day came to have the plumbing work done, Matthew and Jordan arrived.  They were professional, clean, and did great work.  When the job was completed, Matthew showed us the issue and explained what had gone wrong.  His level of plumbing knowledge is unlike any I have ever personally experienced, and this is coming from the daughter of a retired master plumber. I have 100% faith that with Matthew's expertise and the crew that was involved that this work will stand the test of time.  Good plumbers are a dime a dozen.  Bad plumbers are, too.  But great plumbers are rare, and Legacy Plumbing has at least 3 of those in Matthew, Ramone and Jordan. I could not recommend these guys more highly.  Thank you Legacy, you've got a customer for life with us!
