Sam called 20 min. before the appointment time and arrived 5 min before. He is very professional, explain everything and letting me know the possibility of different charges. He completed his work in the time frame and cleaned the work area after he was done. I'm very happy with their work. They came highly recommended by my friend and I was not disappointed. Definitely will use them from now on.

Kelly and his assistant were very professional and helpful. As a transplant to the Dallas area they provided insight into my problem (Freeze break) and how to avoid it in the future. I would definitely recommend them to anyone experiencing plumbing and gas issues. They also took the time to check the spigot in the front of my home as well. The price was also what I was quoted.

Will not be calling them again. It was nice that my call was answered right away and a plumber called me back quickly to discuss our plumbing issue. He asked me to describe the leak, and guessed that it may be a slab leak. He gave me the approximate cost of a repair, which I indicated I would have to relay to my mother as it is her home. As it was late in the day I knew they wouldn't be available today, but he said they couldn't come out for two days, even though I stated we have wet carpet and the water had to be turned off to the house. I told him I'd like to at least schedule a service call to detect the leak and get a thorough estimate, to which he replied that since they commit to their customers, we would have to commit to them prior to setting up the appointment. Last I checked, something that expensive wasn't something you commit to before getting at least a few estimates in hand. The work is needed to be sure, but it isn't desperate enough to commit to the first place that calls back.

We had a hidden slow water leak upstairs that we didn't realize until we started seeing some water marks on the ceiling downstairs. I called Legacy and they clearly explained the fees for coming out and looking for the leak, and then sent someone out within a day. When Jose arrived (promptly) and looked at the situation he explained the options for tracking down the leak and those costs. He found it quickly at the base of the toilet after removing it, he made the repairs, and he set everything up so the toilet and flange was ready to be reinstalled after we got the water-damaged subfloor replaced. Jose let me know throughout the process what our options were, explained what he'd suggest, and always let me know the cost of each route. There was no pressure and with his explanations of the costs there weren't any surprises with the bill at the end. Jose seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. In addition to having him come back to reinstall the toilet once the floor's repaired, I went ahead and had him quote me a couple other minor things around the house we wanted done. On one of those things he explained another way for me to easily remedy most of the problem myself instead of trying to get another job and more money out of it. Although they're not the cheapest I'd much rather pay a few dollars extra for the honesty, transparency, and very competent work, and I'd highly recommend them.

This the third time in 2 years I've used Legacy ... and wouldn't call ANYONE else ! Totally professional, knowledgable, honest and prompt !! From office/dispatch to tech staff !! Every time !! This time Kelly replaced an old outside leaking faucet for $423. No surprises. It was explained by a master plumber BEFORE I scheduled the job. I have used them to replace water heaters and toilets ... each time with an excellent experience. This organization is well-trained, smart and personable !! I've never experienced the high level consistency of service from any other contractor/service company. Well done, folks !!

Wayne recently came out to check for a possible shower leak and to install two sink faucets. His leak inspection was thorough and he often had less expensive alternatives. Definitely a company with integrity!

Their matrix style pricing is planned to make their work pay similar to a doctors skill level.. I don't mind paying for professional services, but I don't think that plumbers ( no offense) are on same levels.
Had one leak repaired by them And was charged reasonably, then I had need for another leak repair and I guess they thought I had a gold mine. $$$$
Check what the time for the job takes and evaluate for yourself.

The shut off water valve in front of my house's pipe separated from the street's pipe and made it impossible to get any water in my house. I called Legacy Plumbing, talked to the nicest dispatcher and was lucky enough to get someone to come out that afternoon. Jose completely rebuilt the shut off valve in front of my house and now I have better water pressure than I've ever had before. He was so nice, knowledgable, and fast!

Legacy Plumbing did a great job and took special care in replacing two high-end lavatory faucets that we purchased and installed new supply lines and compression shut-off valves in our master bath. Sam and Michael are skilled plumbers and we definitely recommend calling Legacy for any future plumbing needs.
