Luis from Legacy handled our sewer main break issue. From start to finish, Luis' professionalism and project management was top notch. He worked really hard and took his time to repair the break and get our plumbing up and running again. The project which included working with an excavation team, went smoothly and we knew what was happening every step of the way. Everyone we dealt with from Legacy, including front office (Sarah) was great to work with. We won't hesitate calling them again should as issue arise.

I actually had a great experience with Legacy Plumbings. Everything flowed textbook style. The tech Ahndre called and gave me a courtesy call before arriving which was greatly appreciated as I was still doing errands.

He was professional through the entire process and explain everything in terms that I could comprehend. He was in and out and was just a nice guy and found the leak pretty quick. I love the fact he was so thorough and took time to get to know the house so that he could narrow down where the leak was coming from in the house. I would definitely use them again.

Joey and Brandon came to our house to fix a sewage stoppage. They used the outside access and flushed it clean. They checked the other access pipes to the house to be completely thorough. Also gave some pics inside the pipes. Super professional and priced exactly how they quoted @ 279.00. They also fixed a slow running fawcett while they were here, no charge. Wore the booties inside the house. Couldn't be happier. They will be my go to.

I would highly recommend Luke and Brandon for any plumbing work needed. They showed up on time, explained everything that had to be done, gave me an acceptable quote and were able to complete the job right away. They replaced my PRV valve and main water shutoff to the house. They were neat and cleaned up when they were done.

For a second problem I am having, I decided I was going to try a DIY solution, and they gave me insight into how to go go about the work on my own. If my DIY solution doesn't work, I know who I'll be calling back to get it fixed professionally.
