During inspection related to new home purchase in Summerlin the inspector noted a possible deficiency in the A/C system. We called Legacy to get an expert evaluation before proceeding as we didn't want to move into a new house with concerns related to its most expensive system. Within 24 hours the technician Dave arrived, checked the system and identified two problems which were fully explained to us and the seller. Within 20 minutes the problems were resolved at a price that was agreeable allowing the sale to go forth. On top of that, since we elected to have Legacy complete the repairs the service evaluation fee was waived. We can add our voice to others here on Yelp who have found Legacy Air to be a first class service provider.

My AC went out with just a few weeks left in the summer and I turned to Yelp. I quickly found Legacy. Legacy was the only company with 100% in the ratings on Yelp so I felt pretty confident that they were the right people to call. I called in at 8:30am and Dave, one of the owners, was at my place about 10ish. Dave took apart the unit and diagnosed the problem for me. Dave also took the time to show me what's wrong and offered to show the exact issues/fix on YouTube. Dave had my unit fixed back to blowing cold in only a few hours! Dave also checked out my other AC unit for me! In a nutshell, awesome service, honesty, and these guys are fast! I will be recommending Legacy to anyone looking for a HVAC company!

These guys are the best!

I called Legacy Air to do some work on the Mitsubishi Mini-Split heat pump in my garage. They were very helpful on the phone and although what I needed was a bit out of the norm, they accommodated my needs and scheduled an appointment.

The tech, Abe, arrived on-time and was very friendly, professional and efficient.
He did a great job and the cost was reasonable. Thanks again, Abe!

Great customer service! I called and they came by the same day for the estimate. We had issues with a fire hazardous dryer and vent and they set the appointment for the next day. Even called to ask if they could come be early! Super polite too. I didn't get the name of one of the guys but I think Abraham was the one who did the estimate and was out the next day for service as well. There office called about a week later to follow up which is very professional of them. My only slight criticism was the clean up after. Although they vauum the floors and cover some of the furniture, I still had to clean up countertops and clothes in the closet were covered a bit, but overall I would highly recommend Legacy Air for outstanding service.

I have used them twice and both times their service was excellent and the price was fair. Abe even gave me a discount when it turned out that the part that my electrician insisted that I needed turned out to not be needed. I didn't even ask for it and I would not have blamed him for charging me for it. They were fair and stayed until the job was done... meaning they tested everything before they left.

I had checked BBB and other review sites and only Legacy had no complaints on them and there 45k bond on their license impressed me as well. I called and made an appointment and the time was set.

I had Dave show up in my apt and check my ac as it was not working. After a bit of checking I was told what was wrong. Something simple to replace and 2 gal of helium as well. After a bit I had my ac back. Just in time for the upcoming heat.

My ac was continually running so I had Dave come and checked everything and all was good. Seems my entire apt was hot so the ac was running till everything cooled down.

Now all is good. Thanks Dave!!!! If you want AC repair at a honest price and great service. Give legacy air a call.

My Hvac was acting fine but had never been looked at in 17 years so I called Legacy for a checkup. I was expecting a lot of problems and a lot of money going out but for $59 inspection fee I get a clean bill of health with some minor adjustments which they did for free. This is a totally honest company and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great AC company.

I found this company on yelp and was not disappointed! Abraham was our technician and was prompt and professional. He was very helpful in explaining everything and went above and beyond what I had anticipated! Highly recommended!

I made the mistake of agreeing to an inspection fee of $60 to diagnose my dead AC. Of course they will apply it to the repair if they do it, but then they jack the price of the repair up to double what any other company will charge. There are plenty of AC companies that do not charge a diagnosis fee. I will not make that mistake again. Legacy is an established company, they should be fair and not use these tactics. I will not call them again.

Terrible company to work with. The women who answers the phone has a horrible attitude and basically was telling me: we don't want your business! Why the owner even pay someone that bitchy to handle the phone
