Big fan of this business and we'll definitely be using them going forward! Requested pricing on Sunday night due to my garbage disposal not working and received a call within an hour from the business owner, Ryan.

Although he could have easily scheduled a service call for the following day, he opted to help me with the simple fix by explaining what the allen key under my sink for the past 3 years was for and how to reset it.

This business is obviously focused on providing value long term, not just making a quick buck. I'll be using them to service my tankless water heater in the next couple of weeks as well!

Richard and Ryan assisted us with modifications to our gas valve and coming back again to re-connect the new cooktop that was not properly installed by the KitchenAid contracted delivery team. We were infuriated by the KitchenAid contractors that were unknowledgeable and installed the cooktop that caused a gas leak. Ryan immediately responded to my request in the middle of the night to set up a high priority appointment. He came and even helped with shaving down the cabinet drawer to ensure proper fitting with the new flex pipe. Ryan and his team are extremely professional and courteous. We really appreciate their responsiveness and attention to details, and will be their long term customers from now on.

My husband and I were having problems with our toilet so we called Leeson Plumbing. They are a locally owned plumber with familiarity with our older home. Ryan answered our call and was super helpful. The next day Richard came over and was very friendly. From the get go he helped us with not only installing a new, more efficient toilet but with a sink that wasn't draining properly. I asked him about our shower head and he gave me helpful suggestions. He was knowledgeable with everything I asked him, I was genuinely impressed.

The real kicker came when he told my husband and I that he could install a water softening system. I started imagining soft skin and soft hair and I was sold! Right away he checked with Ryan to see if we could install the same day and they did! It didn't take long and he even cleaned after he was done! You would be remiss not to have Leeson Plumbing take care of your household plumbing needs. They are the best plumbing company we have had the pleasure of having in our in home. Very good communication. Installed a water softener at my house efficiently. They called the water softener supplier and found out what would work best for my needs. Picked it up and did all the work for me. I will use them again for my future plumbing needs.
