This past week (Dec 14 2022) my relatively new Noritz tankless water heater took an unexpected dump, right in the middle of a rare cold week in Southern California. Needless to say, I need it that thing repaired fast. I contacted the original installer of the unit (NexGen) who came here and wasted my time. They had no idea how to fix the equipment they sold me and installed and when they finally figured what could be wrong with it, quoted me an exorbitant amount of money to repair it. The unit is still under warranty but only for parts, not for labor. I found Leeson Plumbing by referral from another of their customers and Ryan Leeson immediately showed up with another worker. They got to work right away and contacted the manufacturer by phone, spending a great deal of time troubleshooting the problem. Ryan told me he knew what the problem was and how to fix it. This particular unit is very technical and difficult to work on since it is not a conventional water tank based heater. He arranged to pick up the defective parts the next day and proceeded to fix it. Ryan made sure the unit was working to its optimal performance, leaving this customer very happy. I could not recommend the services of Leeson Plumbing enough. Ryan and his crew are very dedicated to customer satisfaction. From now on, all my plumbing needs will be entrusted to Leeson Plumbing. Thank you Ryan, you came through when I needed it the most!

Had a great experience with Leeson Plumbing. Our exterior hose bib was making a lot of noise when turned on. I thought it would be a nice DIY home project that I decided to do myself. I turned off the water and 2 soldering kits later and a pretty good leak, I decided I needed to call a plumber. Leeson answered the phone, were able to give me a quote over the phone with texted pictures. I can't tell you how much I love the fact that they can do this. I hate not being able to get a ""rough"" price. Anyways, they were able to give me a competitive price and come out within the hour. Mitchell came out and did his thing and made it look easy/pretty. Also, he was very easy to talk to and great customer service. Will def keep in mind for future jobs, as I am sure I will have.

Each time Leeson plumbing has come to our house for services they have been professional and very fast! We had them replace a water heater on one occasion, another occasion fix a slab leak and this last time they installed a new toilet. Each time they responded in a very quick time and provides service they next day. Definitely will always use them for all my plumbing needs.

These guys are awesome.

They fixed a water pipe for me on a weekend and did a great job.

Also replaced a pipe and a water regulator. When I had a weird noise in a pipe and they came right out and found the problem and fixed it again and would not take any money.

I would strongly recommend these guys.

I called Ryan on Thursday to remove a toilet, replace the wax ring and replace a new wax ring. He was very informative and spent time on he phone with me.
We made an appointment for the following Tuesday. He never showed or called. When I called and texted him, I didn't receive a reply.

I can't recommend Ryan and his team enough. They were incredibly professional, diligent and responsive.
