Phil Lee and his son Bryan founded this business primarily as a commercial air conditioning service. At first, they ran service calls throughout the day and did paperwork in the evenings. They expanded the business to serve both residential and commercial customers. In 2011, they transferred ownership to Tom Howard, who was part of the team. Currently, we have the trust of more than 6,000 clients in Fresno and Clovis.
Tom spent several years working with Bryan Lee, the founder, before he left for business school, thinking he could move away from air conditioning. His attempts to break away from the industry did not succeed. As Bryan pursued different business paths, he invited Tom back to manage the company. Since May 2011, Tom has served as the President of Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating.

Gustavo came on time, figured out the problem quick and efficiently as well as even found a temporary replacement until we can get a new motor installed just so our 10month old son isn't in a hot house! He did and AMAZING job! Great all around employee and definitely deserves a raise!

It took ( at this time) 3 visits and we are still not compliant with the City of Hanford. You still have not sent the smoke detector/ carbon detector info to the city. Very Frustrating. However, pn the positive side the air conditioner is working well and the staff was great. BUT PLEASE (!!!!!) full out the correct forms?

Top quality and speed. Very much recommend Lee's and to use their ongoing service for checkups and keeping your HVAC run it's best

Great quality I highly recommend them. They came out to do a tune up on my ac unit. The service was great.

I am completely Disappointed and Thoroughly disgusted at the total LACK of anything resembling ANY kind of service, let alone the service that I ordered and PAID FOR, but DID NOT GET.
Our new dishwasher caused a flood and considerable water damage. The insurance company asked us to have a plumber look at the unit to determine what the cause of the flood was. I called Lee's to do just that. The plumber that came out turned on the kitchen faucet, which caused water to come flowing out of the water intake valve In the unit. He decided it was leaking because whoever installed it forgot to put the rubber washer in the hose before connecting it. I said I needed a report that stated that for the insurance. He told me he would have to do that once he got back to the office. I gave him the email info for the adjuster And asked him to send the report to that address and paid him for the house all. He never touched the dishwasher, the hose or anything else. Just turned on the faucet and decided he knew what was wrong, took my money and left. He never checked to see if his assumption or guess was correct. I informed the handyman that had installed the dishwasher what the plumber said. He came back and unscrewed the hose right in front of me and showed me that there was indeed a rubber washer in there, and that it wasn't his negligence to this that caused the flood. He then re-attached the hose and tightened it as best as it was possible. We turned the water in again and it was still leaking, showing us that it wasn't caused by negligent installation. When I called the insurance company to tell them that the plumbers report was wrong, I was informed that no report was ever received.
I called Lees's to inform them that the assumption that was made but never verified was wrong and no report was sent, and since the whole point of me paying for a plumber to come look at the unit was to tell us why it flooded and give a report to the insurance company stating such, but since all the plumber did was make an incorrect assumption without bothering to check it for accuracy and never sent a report, which is what I paid him to do in the first plac, that he had NOT DONE WHAT HE WAS PAID TO DO, and therefore I deserved a refund, because I never received what I ordered or paid for. They have completely ignored me and I've heard nothing from them since. I believe that is negligence to the extreme and wouldn't use them again for any other service is this is how they treat their customers. Negligence and lack of follow through and deplorable customer service; what kind of company can't manage to do what they are paid for, even when it's such a simple yet important request. The issue is now still ongoing and my kitchen dismantled while liability is fought over because this plumber couldn't be bothered to do the most basic thing they were called to do!!! It's really difficult to feed your family when you have no kitchen!!! These guys are a joke!!

We had a service technician come out on a Wednesday evening, who told us our 10 year old unit wasn't properly installed and that we needed a new compressor which was going to cost nearly $7,000 to fix. This isn't the first service from this company, and we have NEVER been told by any other technician that our unit was installed improperly. My husband and I both decided to have another reputable company come out to do a service to see what they would have to say. This company came out two days later from our initial service, and we were told our unit looked brand new and was running properly. When the new technician went outside to clean out the unit, a whole bunch of dirt came out, which means the technician from Lee's did not do his job properly two days prior. I called Lee's wanting to speak to a supervisor and was told that if I didn't hear back by the end of the day, I should hear back by Monday. Well... it's Monday night, and no one tried to reach out to me to hear my concerns. I just wasted money for a service that wasn't done properly and was also lied to. I'm super bummed because we had never had any other issues with any other service from any of the other technicians that came out from Lee's. I would definitely be cautious of this company if you're thinking about hiring them.

504$ to change out a capacitor. spent less than an hour here. the technician was a wonderful young man. the rest totally a rip off.

Lee's does a great job maintaining our HVAC system. Whenever we have issues they respond ASAP, which is greatly appreciated.

Thankful for the fast response and the service technician was very helpful in explaining exactly what he was doing. Have always had good communication with the technician and this makes me feel very confident in what I'm getting done. Would recommend this company for any one who is in need of service.

Work done was fine, but we learned later we were charged much more than a second shop would have charged. Lee's also attempted to sell us a new unit, when the second shop said there was nothing wrong with our 6-year-old unit other than normal wear and tear. Conversations with others in the community and a realtor told the same story. We will never use them again.
