This company was established by Phil Lee and his son Bryan, focusing initially on commercial air conditioning. At first, they ran service calls throughout the day and did paperwork in the evenings. The business grew to cater to both residential and commercial clients. The business was sold in 2011 to Tom Howard, a former employee. We are proud to be trusted by over 6,000 customers in the Fresno and Clovis regions.
Tom spent several years working with Bryan Lee, the founder, before he left for business school, thinking he could move away from air conditioning. His efforts to leave the industry were unsuccessful. When Bryan decided to explore other business opportunities, he asked Tom to come back and take charge of the company. Tom has held the position of President at Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating since May 2011.

We had a service technician come out on a Wednesday evening, who told us our 10 year old unit wasn't properly installed and that we needed a new compressor which was going to cost nearly $7,000 to fix. This isn't the first service from this company, and we have NEVER been told by any other technician that our unit was installed improperly. My husband and I both decided to have another reputable company come out to do a service to see what they would have to say. This company came out two days later from our initial service, and we were told our unit looked brand new and was running properly. When the new technician went outside to clean out the unit, a whole bunch of dirt came out, which means the technician from Lee's did not do his job properly two days prior. I called Lee's wanting to speak to a supervisor and was told that if I didn't hear back by the end of the day, I should hear back by Monday. Well... it's Monday night, and no one tried to reach out to me to hear my concerns. I just wasted money for a service that wasn't done properly and was also lied to. I'm super bummed because we had never had any other issues with any other service from any of the other technicians that came out from Lee's. I would definitely be cautious of this company if you're thinking about hiring them.

504$ to change out a capacitor. spent less than an hour here. the technician was a wonderful young man. the rest totally a rip off.

Lee's does a great job maintaining our HVAC system. Whenever we have issues they respond ASAP, which is greatly appreciated.

Thankful for the fast response and the service technician was very helpful in explaining exactly what he was doing. Have always had good communication with the technician and this makes me feel very confident in what I'm getting done. Would recommend this company for any one who is in need of service.

Work done was fine, but we learned later we were charged much more than a second shop would have charged. Lee's also attempted to sell us a new unit, when the second shop said there was nothing wrong with our 6-year-old unit other than normal wear and tear. Conversations with others in the community and a realtor told the same story. We will never use them again.

Threw them out of my house... I got 3 bids to replace a 4-ton AC unit in my home. Lee's was $10,000 dollars higher than the next two bids I received and they quoted a smaller unit.

We were having trouble with an AC/ Heating unit that had been installed by a different company. I was referred to Lee's. This was the best thing that ever happened to us. After getting the run around from the other company, Lee's APAC manager, Alfredo, came out personally. He inspected the unit. He had a solution for us in less than 2 days. They are the best. They listen to us and give you quality service. Thank you Lee. I definitely recommend them! The best!

Their service is unparalleled and the friendly tech who looked at my furnace was excellent. My furnace wasn't turning on because when another company serviced it, they wires and a part exposed that were causing it to short out. Now the tech easily could have taken advantage of me and charged me much more. But he was completely honest and warned me how dangerous the previous repair was. He had tons of pictures to prove his point. This is the most honest service in the Central Valley and I highly you suggest you trust them to service your HVAC!
