I want to once again show appreciation for the great service I have received from Lee's A/C & Heating! They re-did my ductwork at end of last year and am SO glad I did. But today was a service maintenance call in preparation for Summer season. I definitely endorse these to keep system running smoothly and at optimum. Had a new Lennox A/C put in about 6 years ago and all is perfectly running with a reduction in SCE bill. Today's call was great as well. I cannot say enough good things about the technician Andy Padilla. He was thorough and great in answering my questions and patient. I certainly would like to have him as my technician assigned if possible. Thank you, thank you!

The prices and what you're requesting. I asked to have something done and had the parts, but then some of the parts are used and I was a little confused about the rates.

The first time I contacted Lee's Air the technician was very helpful. The second time I was in for the biggest disappointment of my life . I had just installed a central heating the year before . They came in for a so called time up . I was told that I had some leak and that the manufacturer with warrant parts . The technician told hit me with a $ 3,600 bill. I went to office , was referred to a secretary . Which told me to contact technician . They repaired the so called leak . Was told that I needed additional work to the amount of $ 1,600. I had a different company and no such thing . Apparently someone was YING !!. This people will rob you in broad daylight. !!!! BEWARE

David Leyva was the technician. He arrived on time and introduced himself. I described the problem and told him it maybe an issue with the flame sensor. He confirmed that it was and corrected the problem. He also confirmed the heater was working properly before he left. He also checked our filter as well. There was no charge for the service as the system is under warranty and we have a maintenance agreement with Lee's.
