Requested an estimate for running a gas line. My first appointment was completely missed and the second the tech arrived an hour after the time slot I was given. I had to call in both times to find out what the status of my appointment was, I stayed home both times so very frustrating that Lees wasn't proactive to let me know, I felt like my time was not important to them. The technician was nice enough with the little interaction I had with him.

We pay an annual fee for Lee's air to come and check our heating and then the AC. The technicians they send out have ALWAYS been courteous, on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful of property.

We had a different technician (Paul M) this time whom went above and beyond in a situation we had.

Thank you Lee's Air for hiring quality people and taking great care of us!

I bought a new stove but the company wound not connected it. I had trouble disconnecting the old one and connecting the new one so I went to Angi list. Put in my information and got a call with 15 minutes. Set up the appointment for the next day since my stove was being delivered the day they called me. I can say they are fast to respond, I should have know something when she could not quote a price. Raul was my technician, he did an awesome job. My problem is that he states they are a flat rate company, which was not told to me when they called me the day before, not an hourly company. So it took him 46 minutes to complete the job & it cost me $506 for him to disconnect the old stove & connect the new one. To say I feel cheated is an understatement. That's why I gave 4 stars. NOBODY like to feel cheated on a service. So you might want to shop around before going with them if you want to save money. I have 5 kids in my home, I had to have my stove or I would have waited. But they were fast and friendly.

From my first contact on the phone with Lee's Plumbing to schedule the repair to the expeditious fix to our sewer line blockage, customer service was outstanding! The technician, Juan Vera, explained, with professionalism and friendliness, our situation and then cleared the blockage in no time. He also explained preventative measures we should consider for our aging house. I highly recommend Lee's Air, Plumbing, and Heating!

The dryer vent at my house was clogged and Lee's took care of the issue at a reasonable price. Ernesto was professional and finished the work in a timely fashion. I've used Lee's a couple of times and they always get the job done right.

If I can give more than 5 stars to Kory and Jarred I would. They were one of the best workers/techs that I've work with. Very knowledgeable with their line of work, always has an answer to my numerous questions. They were also very professional and courteous, couldn't have asked for better techs than them. Clearly A+++!
