Lee's was established by Phil Lee alongside his son Bryan as an initial focus on commercial HVAC. At first, they managed service calls during the day and completed paperwork at night. They expanded the company to accommodate both residential and commercial clients. In the year 2011, the company was sold to Tom Howard, a former employee. Currently, over 6,000 clients trust us in the surrounding Fresno and Clovis regions.
Tom worked under Bryan Lee, one of the founders for several years before going to business school, believing he could move away from the air conditioning field. His attempts proved unsuccessful. As Bryan pursued other projects, he asked Tom to come back and manage the business. Since he became President in May 2011, Tom has served as President of Lee's.

I'm writing this review so people will be more aware before authorizing a repair and will seek a 2nd estimate before choosing their repair service. I give Lee's Air Conditioning and Heating 5 stars for customer service but 3 Stars for pricing. I was charged $905 to repair my heating unit. I paid $99 for Diagnostic performance, $412 for new OEM Ignition Model and $395 for an OEM Specific Relay. After installation of the new ignition model the heater still didn't work correctly then it was determined that the relay was bad which when replaced fixed the problem. The parts cost $125 for the new ignition and $30 for the new relay from a parts store. Thats approx $155 for parts, which means I was charged $750 for labor which included my Annual Service Club membership discount.The technician spent a total of approx 21/2 hours to complete repairs over 2 days (waiting for new part). I believe the company's labor fees are too high. When I talked to the office manager he was very respectful and explained the costs of running their business have been factored into their pricing schedule. I asked if they have a Senior's discount and he gave me additional 10% off which he noted they don't usually combine discounts. When I was in the middle of this repair I asked a reputable local parts distributor if the costs seemed fair. They recommended I get a couple of estimates. The price seemed very high. By then I was in the middle of the process and just wanted completion. I don't need a Mercedes service when a Toyota quality service will provide equal quality for less price. I'm writing this because I want people to be knowledgeable when making their repair choices.

We used Lee's for their plumbing services as we needed someone to check our leaking water heater. It ended up being replaced and we only had good experiences from our tech/plumber, Jesse and Tommy, the supervisor I spoke to. Both were exceptionally patient, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly as we asked a lot of questions. Thanks to you both for an excellent experience!

Pete Sanchez is awesome! Every time he comes to our facility he is always so friendly and get's the job done right away! I really appreciate it when he is willing to help troubleshoot over the phone as well. Couldn't ask for a better HVAC tech! Thank you Pete and thank you lee's air for the awesome service! :)

Quick, reliable service!
We have a home warranty, so when our air conditioner died over the summer we were forced to deal with another repair company, as they held the contract with First American. Three weeks went by of no air conditioning and we were at our wits end waiting for the repair to be made.
Finally we decided to take matters into our own hands and contact Lees Air. A technician came out within two hours. Turned out we needed a new unit. Repairing our 19 year old unit would not have been very cost effective in the long run. An evaluator came out the same day to assess what size unit we would need and gave us different cost scenarios based on efficiency. Perhaps the most important part of that day is that Lees delivered two portable air conditioning units for us to use in the interim! Our family was beyond grateful for that!
The install of the new AC unit went smoothly. The technicians showed up promptly when they said they would. We received an email prior to our visits with a picture and name of the technician we were to meet. A very nice touch. Each technician we met was professional and very courteous. Frankly, it was a pleasure doing business with Lees Air.

Had them come out to see what was wrong with my water heater. They diagnosed it and said the pilot assembly went out. It was under warranty so the part would be sent out to us for no charge and would be here on Monday. This company wanted to charge me $427 to install the part. I called another plumber and he installed it for $150. It took him all of 30 minutes to install it. This company is price gouging its customers.

Lee's Air Conditioning was professional, clean, knowledgeable, and quick in doing service at my home. They were pleasant to work with and it was very quickly scheduled. I will definitely use this company again for all my AC needs. Thank you for being professional!

Excellent customer service. This is how you keep people coming back. Tried to use our home warranty to fix our air conditioner and they said it would take 4-5 days to come out. In 100 degree weather, no thanks. I called Lee's in the morning and Matt came out and fixed everything. It is a little more pricey but but the customer service is worth it. Thank you again for the fast service and nice employees.

I needed someone to come out and look at my unit as an emergency. They were at my house in less than 30 minutes and fixed it in under an hour. Great service! I highly recommend them.

Hello, my husband and I became 1st home buyers in 2013. We quickly realized that it is extremely difficult to upkeep the home. There weren't anymore landlords that we could call to fix everything or anything. Any issue that arose with our new home we had to resolve ourselves. The first issue that we had started with our roof. It started leaking the day after warranty expired, I called the company thinking that since it only had been 24 hours that our warranty ended they might still help. We were wrong! After one year of going back and fourth with the roofers that ended up subcontracting and causing more damage. They right their wrongs instead they dodged our calls
So we were left with a bitter taste In our mouths.
On a lighter note, my brother recommended Lee's Air for our AC issue. Lee's Air explained about the hero program. When we had Lee's Air come and check out our two story home. We had cool spots and extremely hot spots in our home. Lee's Air came to out rescues, they were respectful, punctual, clean and always were a phone call away, over all I give them an A++. I would recommend them and only them.
