Had an issue replacing a bathroom drain. Contacted drain buster and they responded to my msg and then scheduled a same-day appt. Steve was the plumber that responded and was amazing. Very personable, and best of all, very knowledgeable. Steve had to do some tricky work, but it was back up and running in no time. Best of all, their prices were more than reasonable. I highly recommend them.

If you want great customer service, call Drain Busters. Shaina is on top of it all with accurate information and follow-through. We had a weekend emergency with a damaged angle stop. Chris came, took care of that and came back a few days later to replace all of our old angle stops. We were very impressed not just by the service but also by their professionalism. We highly recommend Drain Busters!!!

Extremely fast, efficient, and friendly service. I had a broken drain pipe; they were able to come out the same day to fix it. They also sent out specialists to estimate how much it will cost for drywall ceiling repair, which felt very thorough. The plumber Nate and his apprentice couldn't be nicer and did an excellent job. We are extremely thankful for their help and will definitely use them again in the future!

I used Yelp to reach out to multiple plumbers. I got several estimates... one with the abbreviation of ""BB"", another with an abbreviation of ""ABPC"" and then Drain Busters. Let's just say that Drain Buster's put the others to shame... Because of their honesty and transparency, I will probably go with Drain Busters over and over and over again. I worked with Troy to schedule an appointment and he was very responsive and clear with what he needed and his assessment. Due to COVID and trying to be efficient, he was looking at images that I was providing to him and then he believed he new what needed to happen. He sent his plumber Nathan out and upon completion, I was able to speak to him personally and openly. I felt very well taken care of and satisfied. I'll be contacting Drain Busters for the next job!

I had a somewhat emergency situation later in the day on a Sunday. My outdoor spigot was leaking into the wall and flowing out the bottom. I had to shut the water off to the house and certainly couldn't leave it that way. I assumed there was a crack in the pipe as it wasn't leaking from the spigot itself. I did a yelp search and found Drain busters with a 5 star review and gave them a call. The lady on the phone (I forget her name) was awesome. She texted the tech right away to see if he could do another call, then she got my information and said I would be notified when he was on his way. Chris arrived only 20 minutes or so later and was so friendly and helpful. He even liked my dogs! ha. He assessed the situation, had to go to two different home depots because the first one didn't have the parts he was looking for. The pipe had cracked off just inside the wall, so he had to replace the spigot and the pipe. By the time he got back from home depot it was dark and I had rigged up some lights for him. He could've rushed the job but he didn't. He was efficient and did a great job. He made sure nothing was leaking and even attached my new hose to the new spigot. The price was reasonable for late in the day on a weekend. I really appreciated the great service and work that was done. Will definitely recommend them to others and call them in the future if I need more plumbing done!

I hire this company to fix my faucet, they came 3 hours after my original appointment. They took so much time and give me a really high quote. Charging me double comparing to other companies. It's not fair when they change price. I asked them the brand of my faucet they didn't tell me the name. They lied to over charge me. They deserve zero start. Bad company. Will report them for lying and over charging

These guys did an amazing job at diagnosing the situation, providing us with the bad news BUT providing us with options, and fixing the issues in a timely manner. It can be such a pain, and really disheartening, to find out there is something terribly wrong with the plumbing in your home.
