Just used their services. Alex was very friendly and totally did a great job. Washing machine was backing up into kitchen sink . In no time Alex got everything running smoothly! Will definitely use them again if we need to . Best part was they gave me a time frame of 9am-12pm and he was here at 9:05am !!

Kitchen sink was clogged, contacted Drain Busters through Thumbtack, got a reply shortly, I was so happy they were able to schedule an appt same day, LILO arrived in time, very nice person, fixed the problem immediately, rates are very reasonable, excellent customer service, will refer them to friends and family.

This company is the best! The ladies in the office, who answer the phones are personable and helpful. I scheduled a water softener install, and they sent out Nathan. He was great! Very personable, professional and competent! Nathan completed the install, made sure it was working properly, checked for any leaks. Then showed us how to maintain it. We are so happy that we've found this plumbing company here! If you need any plumbing, call them, they are the best in Las Vegas!

Thank goodness Drain Busters and to Lilo from Drain Busters for his effort and hard and smart work, it's been 4 years we had issues with our sewer problems, but today he went thru the whole house two restrooms, laundry room, outside the house and everything is ok USA, if you need plumbing call Drain Busters asked for Lilo and he even ran the camera in side just to make sure everything was ok.... thank you Drain Busters for sending Lilo.

Great company to work with and very fair on the pricing. This was the only company the didn't try to charge me a trip charge for each of my toilets. Lelo was on time and a really nice guy. I had been avoiding calling the plumber, but after three days my shower wouldn't drain. I read the amazing reviews about drain busters. So I investigated and determined they were affordable and had 5 stars. Originally they were supposed to come after 1pm when I was done working ( from home of course). They called and asked if they could come sooner and I figured it would be fine. Lilo came out and was very nice. He wore the proper attire, mask included. Was very respectful while I was working. Was in and out in 30 minuets. He pulled a piece of washcloth from my drain. And now it works perfect.
