Our business had a water leak in one of our rest rooms and we could not figure out where it was coming from. I contacted RC, he was out at our facility within 60 minutes. RC figured out where the leak was coming from and fixed the problem in 30 minutes or less. RC, was very professional, and took the time to explain what the issue was as well as how to avoid this from happening in the future. I have never utilized this company before; after RC's professionalism, knowledge and customer service skills, we will be utilizing this company in the future.

I ride calling RC yesterday about our needs. His phone suggested an email. Moe called within an hour, and came yesterday. Same day service! He re-seated a toilet and installed a new kitchen sink and faucet combo. Very competent and knowledgeable. He did great work and was a pleasure to have in our home. I called them at 8:00 and left a message. RC called me in less than an hour and was at the house by 10:00. He was super friendly, explained everything and was extremely diligent. I had called other places and they couldn't get to me for days. Whiteaker plumbing was on top of it and took great care of us. They warranty their work, use name brand products, and most importantly they don't overprice the work.

Yesterday our water quit, and I could not relight the pilot light. I texted Whiteaker who immediately answered that he could send someone out first thing in the morning. I received the brand name, reasonable cost, and approximately time. Mo arrived on time and was professional in every respect. He helped reinstall the insulation blanket and cleaned the area.

I recommend Whiteaker for any plumbing work. They are our go to plumber.

One of my clients had a leak in the yard and we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. RC came out and diagnosed it right away. He had to dig a pretty deep hole to reach the mainline water pipe. A tree root had cracked it. He repaired it the same day. Very fair pricing too, even on short notice.
