Yesterday our water quit, and I could not relight the pilot light. I texted Whiteaker who immediately answered that he could send someone out first thing in the morning. I received the brand name, reasonable cost, and approximately time. Mo arrived on time and was professional in every respect. He helped reinstall the insulation blanket and cleaned the area.

I recommend Whiteaker for any plumbing work. They are our go to plumber.

Our clothes washer was stopped up. In no time about 30 min tops. RC got his machine out snaked the line ran the clothes washer thru a drain cycle and has his machine put up. I can say RC knew his stuff. I had a state plumbing license for years.

I ride calling RC yesterday about our needs. His phone suggested an email. Moe called within an hour, and came yesterday. Same day service! He re-seated a toilet and installed a new kitchen sink and faucet combo. Very competent and knowledgeable. He did great work and was a pleasure to have in our home. We had several issues that needed taken care of & they got to us within one day. And, to make it more crazy, they were to go to my moms to fix a leaking bathroom sink, leaking & running toilet & a problem with an outside faucet...plus drain a hot water heater. The night before the appointment my husband was working in our yard & hit a water line ... yep .... I called them & they came to our house the next morning instead & still managed to get to my moms as scheduled that day. We were so impressed with their promptness, courtesy, efficiency & overall good work. We will use Lee Whiteaker Plumbing from now on. Our water heater went out right before getting company and so we needed a quick response time! They were able to come out the same day and got it done quickly. One of my clients had a leak in the yard and we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. RC came out and diagnosed it right away. He had to dig a pretty deep hole to reach the mainline water pipe. A tree root had cracked it. He repaired it the same day. Very fair pricing too, even on short notice. I recommend him to all my clients now.

I called them at 8:00 and left a message. RC called me in less than an hour and was at the house by 10:00. He was super friendly, explained everything and was extremely diligent.
