If I could give 10 stars I would! This Company is amazing! Fernando went above and beyond to find our slab leak! He found it within 2 hrs. He re routed our pipes to the attic and everything fixed in 2 days. He even helped us hook back up our dishwasher!! His customer service is absolutely amazing!!! I would highly recommend this company!!

When warm, clean water seeped out from under my ground floor toilet, I knew I was in trouble. I called Leak Star and left a message, and Fernando called me back within minutes. He showed up with a helper, Pedro, and they set to work. Using various instruments, including thermal and specialized listening tools, they were able to determine my leak was the result of a failed hot water line in the slab under my tiled bathroom floor. By shutting off the hot water via a valve on the inlet side of the water heater, we at least had the leak stopped for the moment. Some days later, I was able to get the reroute work scheduled with Leak Star, and Fernando and Pedro showed up on time and ready to work. In all honesty, it is hard to watch workmen cut & drill into your walls, but they did a great job prepping the work space, doing the work, and cleaning up after themselves when they were through. The break in the hot water line was successfully bypassed, which I verified by observing zero flow through my water meter at the street when all of the spigots were closed. I now have hot water available, and the plumbing part of the job has been completed to 100% of my satisfaction. (Drywall repairs are still outstanding.) Kudos to Fernando and Pedro for putting the plumbing part of this issue ""in the rear view mirror."" Fernando is friendly and conversational, and is highly skilled in his trade. I am glad that I made the call to Leak Star. They did me ""a solid,"" and I highly recommend them.

Fernando did an excellent job of locating a leak where we least expected the source to be. It turned out be the dishwasher, but only when it was operating. He then removed the dishwasher, some flooring & drywall, walled off our kitchen area and dried out our kitchen for 6 days. After the work was done he and his crew cleaned up the area. We were very pleased with his work and professionalism. We highly recommend Leak Star.

We had Fernando from Leak Star over today after a sleepless night being worried that our pool had a leak somewhere. He was extremely thoroughly in checking out EVERYTHING to pinpoint the problem. Thankfully, NOT, the pool but a backyard irrigation valve. He also checked everything else in the house. What a relief!!! When he left, the water meter wasn't moving!! Great for our pocket and for water conservation, too! Leak Star was on time, had all the tools to do the job and were a good value . Would definitely recommend them to you.

Had a wet spot next to our foundation. Thought it might be HOA irrigation line. After a few days noticed water and mud next to the foundation.
Called Leak Star, and got next day appointment. Fernando came out,
replaced the pinhole leak section of pipe, and all is well. I would recommend Leak Star!

Extremely happy with the service and worksmanship performed by Fernando and his team. Throughout the process Fernando was extremely attentive and communicative. He fully explained the work required as we went through the process of identifying the leak, discussing different pricing/repair options and then finally through to the completion of the actual repair work. To complete the job to have a large section of driveway/lawn and tile removed and repaired, and overall I was really impressed with how they returned it all back to almost perfect condition. 5 stars all the way ! Their leak detection service is absolutely top notch. They were able to find a difficult slab leak and had all the tools needed to identify exactly where is was coming from. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and a great guy. They rerouted the pipe and stopped the leak. The cost to reroute is on the high end though as they have a minimum. The cost to identify the leak is very resonable.

Thank you Leak Star and to our Tech Jaime! We had a slab leak and Jaime was the tech who came to my home. He located the leak with his tools. He put in air into our pipe system to even hear where the leak is coming from. He open our dry wall and wham! There was the leak. The leak was underground and said best to cut and reroute the water line through the walls. He cut the line. Capped the line that was underneath. Rerouted the water line through the walls to our kitchen sink. After completing there was no more leak and I'm a happy customer. FYI they don't do drywall if they open walls but at least they didn't have to break my flooring. Thank you!
