We noticed wetness on our garage landing and could hear a faint sound of water but couldn't figure out where it was coming from. We called Leak Star and Jaime came to our rescue. After inspecting and thoroughly checking for a couple of hours, the illusive leaks-two of them were found. We were given options and made our best choice. Bright and early the next morning, Jaime and Francisco started the work. All of our property was treated with care, mess kept to a minimum and Jaime communicated with us throughout the project. By the end of the day, we had water flowing and no leaks. We will definitely call Leak Star again if needed and highly recommend them!

I had a constant water leak between the main water line and my home. Jaime explained the options available to me to fix the problem and I made the choice to reroute a new copper tubing line from the main water line to my home water valve. This came with a 15 year warranty. It required a lot of digging in rocky soil and 90+ degree heat but Jaime and Leo completed the work and returned my yard back to the way it looked prior to the project. Both Jaime and Leo were very hard workers and I know Jaime gave it a lot of thought on how to make it all come together with different pipe sizes already in my home. They responded to my call very quickly, were very pleasant to work with, professional and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

The continuous sound of running water in our 70's, slab built home, indicated a slab leak. I decided to try Leak Star, based upon very high ratings on Yelp. Jaime came and isolated the problem very quickly using their specialized equipment. He disabled the leaking area and of course, the noise stopped. My wife and I decided to do a complete re-pipe, given the age of the house and the likelihood of further, under slab leaks. To further complicate things, we have an open beam ceiling which makes running pipes difficult. However, Jaime and his able crew very cleverly routed pipes through chases and access holes in the drywall. Their solutions to the routing problems, without being able to use an attic, were just brilliant! Just an hour ago, the water system was turned on, and everything works perfectly. Thursday morning, I have a drywall guy coming in to ""button up"" the holes made for pipe access. We are most pleased with the outcome!

We had a burst pipe on 11/22/2021 and we called ""Leak Star Advanced Leak Detection"" part of ""1st Choice Plumbing Flood and Restoration."" They immediately sent out Michael and Jaime and his crew Arturo, Francisco and Mateo, just days before Thanksgiving. They did an excellent job at finding and stopping the leak and temporarily rerouted the water so that we could have some kind of Thanksgiving. We opted to go with a complete replumbing of our house. In all it took about a week to locate and reroute all the water lines. They installed all new valves and water lines. They were very meticulous and sympathetic to our situation. I must also add that they were here on time and put in a full day's work until it was done.
Fast forward 6-7 months to 6/24/2022. We finally got our drywall repaired and kitchen cabinets replaced about a week ago and our sink installed yesterday (23rd). We were now ready to have our plumbing reinstalled. After one call at about 9:30 the morning of 6/24 and Jaime shows up at our door to start reinstalling the kitchen plumbing at around 10:15 ready to put it all back together and made sure all the components worked and no leaks.
Jaime has a work ethic that is little seen these days and he is backed by a great company; Leak Star Advanced Leak Detection.
If you are wondering why it took so long for everything, well, a combination of COVID and everyone else wanting work done at the same time.

I had a slab leak in my kitchen/garage and leak Star was referred to me by an acquaintance. They came out the same day I called and they detected the problem instantly and everything was fixed within a day. They are awesome!! Jaime and Leo were the technicians they sent out and they were not only superb at their job, they were also very friendly, explained everything that had to be done, and also had a great sense of humor! They also are super pet friendly. I am definitely calling Leak Star if any future plumbing problems should arise. Thank you Leak Star!!!

Jaime and Fernando were the best at detecting and repairing a significant gas leak in our house. We tried to schedule leak detection through CPL but they scheduled me days away and said we'd need to call a separate plumber to come out and cap everything before CPL came out. Leak Star came out that SAME DAY! And was able to do it all! Capping, detection, and repair! It took some time but he saw it through and finally found it! Jaime was also available the next day to do the repair. After the repair, he thoroughly tested it it make sure it wasn't leak and held. Being still paranoid, we thought we smelled gas the next day, and he came back out right away to re-test. Must have been residual b/c he confirmed there was no leak. I'll definitely be using their services again for any gas, water, or plumbing issues! Cannot thank Jaime enough for helping us out when we were in a bad situation.

Had a major leak in our home, could hear the water running through the pipes but no water was coming out anywhere. Turned out to be a leak under our kitchen slab. I called and talked to Fernando and he sent out Jaime and Francisco that same day. It was a very tough leak to find since our plumbing is complicated with the additions and remodels over the years. Jaime was instrumental in not only locating the leak, but fixed it as well. Day 1 they were even willing to stay super late to get the job done, but I suggested to just come back the following day. They were both back in the morning and successfully repaired the leak. Life savers. Price was great as well.
