I can not recommend Mike enough! No one likes their bathroom just backing up with sewage everywhere on a weekend and Mike definitely saved the day. Luckily he was able to come the same day and help us out. He got our line snaked and gave us a great recommendation on what will fix our problem with our sewage line. Earlier this year, my husband and I purchased an older home that needed renovations. I do not even have the world to express how badly I regret not finding Mike sooner! Our previous plumber set our shower valves too deep in the wall & now with the wall all tiled up, faceplate and handles couldn't be attached. We many different plumbers in our home to see if they could fix this issue. Only one of these guys said he could but it was a FULL day of work and he was going to charge $$$$. I came to Yelp estimates for more options. Leak On Lock replied and came out the same day! Mike explained the issue in detail, recommended solutions and gave me an estimate. After the parts needed for the fix arrived, Mike came in and fixed it in a few hours (not a full day)! My husband and I were blown away! Mike texts when he is on the way, shows up on time, and works hard. He is smart, upbeat and honest. One of our favorite things about working with Mike is that he explains the issue and how he will correct it. I cannot stress this part enough.
