Mike was great! Fixed a leak we've had for years in our house. The leak was misdiagnosed by multiple plumbers, including big name plumbing companies in Sacramento. Within five minutes of being in our home Mike knew what the potential problem was. He was very careful and mindful about cutting through our drywall to determine the source of the leak. This was a fear of ours as previous plumbers cut large holes in our drywall attempting to and allegedly ""fixing"" our leak. Mike was probably at our home for two hours tops and had our problem diagnosed and fixed. He also gave us a very reasonable price. Things are expensive right now and we have a baby due next month so we were dreading this being a very expensive fix. It was well within our budget and we're glad to now have this problem resolved. Due to the damage caused by the leak it did create some other issues that require more repairs. Mike explained how this process could work with our home owners insurance or how it could work if we pay for those repairs out of pocket. He also recommended someone who could help us with those repairs.

I can not recommend Mike enough! No one likes their bathroom just backing up with sewage everywhere on a weekend and Mike definitely saved the day. Luckily he was able to come the same day and help us out. He got our line snaked and gave us a great recommendation on what will fix our problem with our sewage line. He was very courteous and polite the entire time even while my kids were all up in his business.
