We were notified by our city that we had a possible water leak, as our water meter box had been flooded. I called Ben and he was able to schedule a time to come out the following day. After some diagnostics he figured out that a portion of the main line had a pinhole leak. He gave me several options and was able to get to work the same day. He was quick, dug out a portion of our yard and by the end put the sod back where it was. Excellent communication and will definitely hire for the future.

Ben, the owner, came the same day. He identified a slab leak and the section of pipe that needed replacement. He outlined multiple options and provided quotes for each. He came two days later to do the repair, the work was done very cleanly with two small holes into the drywall for access to the pipes. Ben recommend someone for the later drywall repair that was not included with the job.

You won't get any nonsense from Ben the owner. After being smacked with a $650 water bill from Golden State Water company in Placentia, it was obvious I had a massive leak somewhere underground at my home. Within a couple hours of panicking over this unexpected revelation on a Friday afternoon, I was able to Ben over to assess my problem. He was upfront about pricing and what to expect. I had Ben out for an estimate to replace my cast iron sewer pipes. His estimate wasn't the lowest but I liked his style so I hired him. He showed up on the days he promised, made some changes to keep the customer happy, and finished on time and on budget. His crew were all nice guys and very polite too.

Leak Masters replaced my sewer line for my 2,000 Sq ft house. That included all the drains, toilet flange, etc... they even fixed a sink stopper that I told Ben I didn't think was his fault. All and all I'd recommend Leak Masters for all your plumbing needs.
